Effect: After use, you have a 50% chance to obtain the 'Double Speed' effect and a 50% chance to obtain the 'Time Standstill' effect.
'Double Speed': Speeds up the flow of time within two meters around you by 50% for 10 seconds.
'Time Standstill': Slows down the flow of time within two meters around you by 50% for 10 seconds.
Note: Shout "Give me 'Double Speed'" when using it, and the chances of obtaining the 'Double Speed' buff will slightly increase.

It's also the best life-saving item for Shepherd in the Clouds.
