The Demolition Team was mostly made up of Mages with high-powered magic, who had almost no defensive capabilities. In a panic, they turned around and hurled various attacks at the Bone Dragon.
However, as everyone launched their attacks, the Petrified Gaze automatically activated. Everyone suddenly felt as if they were sinking into a quagmire, their bodies rapidly stiffening, and their movements were like slow motion.
In the next instant, the Bone Dragon charged forward with the momentum of a siege, brute-forcing through all the attacks and obstacles in front of it. It slammed heavily against the barrier at the entrance of the nest.
"Boom!"
With that dull impact sound, a ring of visible cracks suddenly appeared on the transparent barrier.
The Soldiers below watched with hearts pounding. Just that one strike had caused more damage than they had managed with a half-day of blasting; at this rate, just another two or three hits would be enough to break the barrier open!
