"I need to think of a way to stop it..."
After a moment of contemplation, Mu You entered the core lock space and arrived at the lake beneath the cliff. He opened a can of fish bait and placed it on the edge of the lake.
Soon, the human fish emerged from the surface of the lake. She gave Mu You a doubtful glance, swam to shore, took the canned bait, and started eating it on her own.
"The day after tomorrow, come with in a trip to the Star Spirit World ..." Mu You said.
Upon hearing this, the human fish instantly paused her eating. She hastily spat the bait out of her mouth, and placed the can back on the shore before diving back into the water.
"What are you running for? I'm not asking you to leave." Mu You was puzzled.
A few seconds later, half the head of the human fish once again emerged from the water surface. The human fish showed her eyes in the middle of the lake, her gaze alert on Mu You while her nose released bubbles underwater.
