It seems that there was no option to pick a name earlier. A new name has just popped up out of nowhere.
The admission certificate says it's non-named, although it does have a name. Perhaps Cola's owner had registered it in advance. Chris is the prefix of Cola's owner's name, and the second part is probably a random pick by her.
The name doesn't matter much. Next, there are grades, credits, medals, permissions, and other information.
