AN:
This fanfic is about how I would imagine what Izuku Midoriya from My Hero Academia would be like if he had an electrical quirk.
I'm taking inspiration from Touka Toudou from "Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry," with her ability to read minds and summon a sword.
I also take inspiration from Mikoto Misaka in "A Certain Scientific Railgun" with her output of power and the railgun itself.
I'm not English, so if there are any spelling mistakes, please tell me.
The characters in this fanfic are owned by their respective companies and writers.

Izuku was no different from other children who were born; he had no mutations or defects from his birth. Izuku's life went on like any other until he was 4 years old, and at that time he was in the playground playing with sticks and stones far from the rest of the children. He was alone because he hadn't awakened his quirk and because he was protecting those who were being bullied by Bakugo and his gang because they hadn't yet awakened their quirk.
While playing, Izuku saw that Bakugo was bullying someone on the other side of the playground, and as soon as he saw it, he ran towards them to stop it. As he quickly approached, he saw how Bakugo was about to strike the child; luckily, Izuku got there in time before the blow landed.
Knowing that he couldn't get the child away in time, Izuku instead tried to protect the child from Bakugo's beating. Instead of the blow landing on the child, it connected with Izuku's head. When the blow made contact with his head, he fell to the ground with the child.
When that happened, Izuku felt very dizzy. While his world was spinning, he heard the children talking about how Izuku was completely useless and that he could only protect other useless people. He could hear how the other children encouraged Bakugo to beat him up again.
Hearing that, Izuku slowly stood up from the ground and turned towards them in order to brace himself for the beating. Izuku knew that if he left, the other child would surely be beaten by Bakugo and the others.
When Izuku caught sight of Bakugo and the others, he started to hear more voices than before. The voices didn't sound right somehow, and they sounded like the children's voices.
Izuku couldn't understand what was going on, but he had an idea. He couldn't prove what he thought what was going on, but he could surely do it later. Unable to keep thinking about what was going on, he focused his sight on Bakugo, and suddenly most of the voices died down.
When Izuku was out in his world, Bakugo got very angry at Izuku for ignoring him. Once he got angry enough, he charged towards Izuku with small sparks and explosions in his hands, screaming that Izuku was going to die. At the same time, Izuku heard a voice among the other voices saying that he was going to punch Izuku in the face with his right fist, and it was oddly like Bakugo's voice.
Because Izuku heard Bakugo's voices, one screaming that Izuku would die and the other planning to punch him in the face, he knew what to do. So he braced himself for Bakugo's punch by moving slightly to the side so that he was in a better position to dodge Bakugo's attack and to counterattack. Seeing that Izuku had a confident expression on his face, Bakugo got even angrier and screamed even louder for Izuku to die, not noticing that Izuku had moved.
As Bakugo was only a couple of inches from hitting Izuku, Izuku moved out of the way by twisting his body and by stepping to the side. Since it was completely unexpected that Izuku would even try and be able to dodge the blow, Bakugo couldn't react as Izuku put out his leg to trip Bakugo. Because Bakugo couldn't react to what Izuku did, Bakugo became completely furious with Izuku and how there isn't much to do for the fact that he is heading straight to the ground.
While falling, he tried to stop the fall with his arms. When he finally hit the ground, it didn't turn out so well; you could see several wounds from small stones and other stuff. Some of the wounds on the arms bled a bit, but not much. When Bakugo felt the pain of the fall and saw his hands, he got even angrier.
As he rose from the ground, he was ready to attack Izuku again, but everyone could hear a teacher rushing toward them. At that moment, Bakugo understood that he couldn't do anything about what Izuku did. When the teacher reached them, he asked everyone about what had happened. The kids covered what Bakugo was doing by answering that it was just a play accident, and the teacher also got the same answer from the kid who was bullied by Bakugo and his gang.
So there wasn't much Izuku could do to convince the teacher that Bakugo and his gang were bullying one of the kids. The only thing he could do was to tell the teacher the same story the rest of the kids told. While telling the teacher about what happened Izuku told that he thought he had awakened his quirk.
Izuku didn't tell the teacher what kind of quirk he had because he didn't want the teacher to get paranoid about what he thought was a mind-reading quirk. Izuku also avoided looking towards the teacher while talking to the teacher. Izuku avoided it because he figure out the activation requirements for his quirk.
After the teacher took Bakugou to the school nurse to take care of his wounds, then the teacher called Inko Midoriya to tell her that her son thinks he has awakened his quirk.
When Inko heard that Izuku thinks he has awakened his quirk she told the teacher to prepare Izuku to be picked up at the gate of the kindergarten.
