"Hi, pleasure to meet you! General Xu Qing, I have long heard about you, when I was informed that you would be here, I was very happy!" Neil Bol extended the warm welcome with a handshake to Xu Qing!

"Nice to meet you!" Xu Qing accepted the handshake with respect.

"So, you are the young talent General Qin Feng? From now on, I will have to witness your great deeds!"

"I will certainly not disappoint you!"

Both of them shook hands.

Suddenly, a teenager appeared next to Neil Bol. It was the same teenager who welcomed Qin Feng. He raised his finger and pointed at Qin Feng. "He has money! And he was the one who destroyed Devil's Eye's hovercopters!"

Suddenly, Qin Feng too raised his hand and summoned his fire dragon.

The fire dragon seemed to be even larger in size than the one that Sal Bar had summoned!

Then, the two dragons rammed against one another!

The metallic dragon started to melt and turn into liquid metal before falling from the sky.

The dragon that Sal Bar intended to threaten the ability users was defeated by Qin Feng's dragon in just one blow?!

Not only that, the fire dragon was now moving around in the sky, covering the hover carriers' and hovercopters' line of sight, shielding the ability users from them. As such, the bandits did not know that after the fire dragon had appeared, Qin Feng was already on the move and had left the villa.

However, Xu Qing and the others saw him leaping to the sky and straight at the enemies. They were shocked to see him suddenly striking head-on. Qin Feng's body was enveloped in dark energy. Since he was now a B-tier, it was quite difficult for an A-tier to spot him.

Using his Dragon Steps, Qin Feng landed on a hovercopter.

Sal Bar took a powerful leap to the air, crushing the steel floor that he was standing on.

He actually decided to evade the attack instead of blocking it!

And of course, the hover carrier could not evade Qin Feng's Blazing Sky. This also meant that Maul Goh was not able to evade the attack.

"Argh!!" Maul Goh instinctively summoned his internal energy and shielded himself against Qin Feng's Blazing sky.

Still, this was not enough.

His internal energy was too weak against it.

"Pfft!!!"

The blade's attack sliced open Maul Goh's shield and cracked open his skull almost instantly.

Not only that, it kept on slashing onward and cut the whole hover carrier vertically like it was butter!

Everyone saw the black crimson fiery slash from below!

Five seconds later, the fiery attack started to fade away as the people that leaped to the sky earlier were gone.

Meanwhile, Maul Goh's headless body dropped down from the sky with the now destroyed hull of the hover carrier. Then…

Booom!!

The entire carrier exploded and was blown into pieces!

This explosion was even bigger than the ones from the hovercopters earlier!

After seeing this, the other hover carrier quickly activated its energy shield and began to retreat. Meanwhile, on a high-rise building's roof nearby, Qin Feng and Sal Bar were having a stare-down.

A corpse fell from the sky and crashed straight onto the floor.

Sal Bar took a quick glance at the body and recognized the body—it was Maul Goh. This man was a B-tier. That was why he promoted him to be his assistant.

And in one slash, this right-hand-man of his was dead!

Sal Bar's face turned grim after seeing this.

If he did not decide to bring Maul Goh along, this young man would not have died.

Chapter 717: Clinging Like the Shadow

Qin Feng too had activated his conscious energy and summoned a huge peacock that was made of blue fire.

Not only that, the blue-fire peacock was as tall as thirty meters! When it flapped its massive wings, it felt as though it had covered the entire sky.

The blue-fire peacock clashed with the oncoming metallic spears. A huge shockwave exploded the instant the peacock's chest was pierced by the metallic spears.

Thus, the metallic spears were now completely dissolved to nothingness.

Sal Bar leered at Qin Feng with a long face.

Qin Feng's fire runes were more in number than Sal Bar's supply of metal runes. To add on, Qin Feng's consciousness was that of a B-tier emperor. As such, he was almost as powerful as an A-tier.

After exchanging blows like this for a while, it was quite apparent that Qin Feng had the upper hand.

Witnessing this, the ones from the other alliances took in a cold breath. Qin Feng was not bluffing earlier. This man was serious when he said "Let's kill Sal Bar"!

But this Sal Bar was an A-tier! How could he, a B-tier, manage to take him on and pin him down like this?!

Even the snobbish Japanese Alliance's ability user approached Xu Qing and asked, "Just who is this young man? He's really strong. Is he one of the top guns in the Huaxia Alliance?"

Xu Qing shrugged and beamed up a bitter smile. "He's indeed the best of the best amongst our B-tiers. He can take on people above his tier and still not lose. Not only that, he could very well kill someone who is of a higher tier than him."

The Japanese ability user frowned, "Look, I do see that he's quite strong. But it's quite impossible for a B-tier to kill an A-tier."

Even though they saw that Qin Feng had the upper hand at the moment, most of them still maintained that an A-tier would still be stronger in terms of consciousness and rune amount. After a long fight, Qin Feng would have expended all of his runes and then it would be his downfall.

Xu Qing, however, shook his head. Even though he too was not sure that Qin Feng would be able to win this fight, Xu Qing still said, "Right now, these attacks aren't his strongest strikes though."

"Well, his saber technique is quite powerful indeed. I have never seen attacks like that. But he suddenly changed his fighting style into using abilities. So, this must mean that his saber technique is too energy draining to use for a long period of time, right?"

Xu Qing just smiled and shook his head.

He was telling the truth—Qin Feng was not just a saber master or a powerful fire ability user. He was a dark ability user!

Meanwhile, Qin Feng's Fire Wall had completely surrounded Sal Bar.

Sal Bar, meanwhile, took in a deep breath after sensing that Qin Feng was not in the vicinity anymore. He quickly activated his spatial waymark.

Yet, suddenly… everything around him turned dark.

"Dark Shroud!"

Qin Feng had finally used his dark ability. Not only that, he had also appeared within the Steel Fortress!

"What the hell is going on?!"

Sal Bar widened his eyes in shock. He wanted to check his surroundings but no matter how much he tried to look… there was nothing but darkness.

Not only that, he also felt that he could not feel anything… he could not see, smell, hear… it was like he had lost all five of his senses!

Chapter 718: An Impossible Kill

Still, Sal Bar was an A-tier. He was quite experienced in combat. As such, it did not take long before he realized that he was under the influence of a dark ability.

Thus, he quickly called upon his metal runes and spread them around his body, forcing the dark runes away.

And then, Sal Bar saw a burning saber and the young man who was wielding it right in front of him.

"How is it possible?! How did you get in?!"

"How? I came in when you were unleashing your ability, of course!"

"It's impossible!"

"There's no such thing as 'impossible'."

According to what Qin Feng knew from his previous life, if Sal Bar knew that he was going to lose a fight, he would definitely try to flee.

This was the real reason why he was so difficult to arrest or kill. He could shield himself with his impenetrable Steel Fortress and then use his spatial waymarks to flee. This was why Sal Bar was one of the hardest A-tiers to kill.

After absorbing the Glutton Leviathan, Qin Feng's powers had gotten a lot stronger. Right now, if he wanted to hide, no one could find him.

"Sal Bar, about this reinforcement request from the Amazon Alliance… I don't know if you're working with them but you better haunt them for it after you die." Qin Feng smirked.

Sal Bar yelled out furiously, "Don't think that you've won just because you have the upper hand earlier! Don't forget that you're inside my Steel Fortress! I can kill by just lifting a finger!"

Then, Sal Bar started to laugh. Like Qin Feng had stepped on a trap that he laid for him.

Suddenly, a huge axe dropped from above Qin Feng's head. And it was just the first axe—there were countless more axes dropping from above.

Right now, both of them were stuck inside the Steel Fortress with no visible way out. This was indeed a death trap!

However, Qin Feng smirked. "Perhaps you should raise your head and have a look yourself?"

Sal Bar was stunned after hearing what Qin Feng had to say. Suddenly, he found it really difficult to breathe. He lifted his head and saw a huge dark cloud falling toward him.

It was not really a cloud—it was actually a massive dark flower. And the "cloud" was its petals.

When he raised his head, the petal was already inches away from his head. There was no way for him to evade it.

In an instant, Sal Bar's beefy body began to shrink. A few seconds later, his muscles were gone and his skin started to sag away from his flesh. It was as if Sal Bar had aged rapidly by the second!

"What?! What is this?!"

Sal Bar cried out in shock. Yet, the petals kept on falling on him.

And then, Sal Bar had aged into a frail old man.

"Dark… Dark ability…!"

Sal Bar finally understood what was happening. He looked at Qin Feng and his dark flower.

This man was actually a dark ability user!

"…. you're a freak…!!!"

Before Sal Bar could say anything further, he was buried in the dark petals. In a matter of seconds, he had turned into a skeleton and he crumbled.

Meanwhile, the metal axes that fell toward Qin Feng were blocked by his internal energy barrier. As Sal Bar died, these weapons, together with the Steel Fortress, too had turned into metallic dust that was blown away by the wind!

At the same time, the others who were watching outside were finally able to see the result of the fight.

"Ah! Qin Feng…" Xu Qing was surprised to see Qin Feng at first; but it did not take him long before realizing that it was all to be expected.

The others, on the other hand, were staring at the scene with their jaws rolling on the floor. They were puzzled at how Qin Feng was able to appear inside the Steel Fortress.

And where was Sal Bar?

And then, they saw Qin Feng raise his hand and drop several spatial equipment on the floor. Next to the equipment was a massive skeleton that was clad in a combat suit.

It was Sal Bar's combat suit!

"He did it! He killed Sal Bar!"

"Whoah!"

"Holy sh*t! How did he do it?!"

"A B-tier just killed an A-tier…!"

They gawked at Qin Feng in disbelief. They could not believe their eyes!

Meanwhile, one of them was about to shed tears of panic… that person… was Neil Bol!

Chapter 719: Let Me Give You a Hand

The building was on the verge of crumbling as Qin Feng gathered the spatial equipment. He quickly leaped and landed on the adjacent building. Soon, the building collapsed and buried Sal Bar's body with it.

Qin Feng walked toward Niel Bol. He displayed a mocking smirk seeing the grimace on the latter's face.

"I am glad to help, Master Niel Bol."

"Don't worry. That's my duty here, to begin with. Since Sal Bar has met his end, I believe his base would not be heavily guarded now. We should ride this momentum and immediately demolish it once and for all."

"I comply. With this general from Huaxia, we have no fear even if there is another A-tier opponent!"

Niel Bol was almost in tears. "That would not be necessary. Greenlit City is a lot safer now with Sal Bar gone. I wouldn't dare to trouble you all."

The B-tier gunner peed his pants being glared at by more than ten B-tiers.

"Speak now, where's your base?"

"Spare my life! I will talk! Our base is hidden inside a cave fifty kilometers from here."

Qin Feng perforated the gunner's head without hesitation after he had revealed the exact location of the cave.

"There, we got the coordinates now. Let's go!"

"Okay!"

"Let's roll!"

"Everyone, listen to me. This is still very dangerous. What if there's an S-tier in there?" Niel Bol made his final attempt to stop them.

Qin Feng maintained his smile but his words silenced Niel Bol for good. "Based on the information provided by your alliance, it is claimed that the Dark Organization does not have any A-tier ability users. We wouldn't be surprised if we find an S-tier there. However, judging by the accuracy of your intel, I am pretty confident that we will not find any threat in the base."

As Niel Bol had lied once, nobody believed his words now.

Qin Feng pressed a button and the cannon of his hovercopter promptly extended. It then fired a laser of half-meter diameter straight at the force field.

The force field shield was indeed durable. Nonetheless, the shield had its upper threshold. Once the limit had been surpassed, it would inevitably crumble.

Qin Feng's energy blaster was naturally incredible. Being the chief of a technology organization, the weapon in his hand would no doubt be the best of the best. It led the current technology by at least ten years ahead.

Qin Feng alighted the hovercopter and shrouded the entire base.

Niel Bol's eyes widened, almost as if they were going to pop out of their sockets.

"Who did this?" Just before one problem was over, another problem had appeared.

The one who called Niel Bol obviously knew who Qin Feng was.

"Boss, it's that General Qin from the Huaxia Alliance!"

"What?!" Niel Bol almost coughed up blood from that announcement.

Him again? Why had he not left?
