The energy In Mason's hand returned to that of a flame before extinguishing as he put his hand down slowly. The object in Ray's hand started to spin rapidly before turning a hot orange color and collapsing in on itself.
"Now that you two newbies know the basics." Zeta lowered his hand before pointing at the building behind him with his thumb as he gave a cocky smile "Let's get to some fun stuff shall we."

The place took on an old Japanese style with writing and in different areas. It was relatively spotless but Mason quickly noticed that it was a rather open and vacant room
'This is an entrance exam room. With how cautious I am I won't have to stay on my toes but it's better than getting roughed up too badly.' Ray started to stretch his arms, shoulders, and back muscles as he walked in. Zeta instantly noticed this and started to focus on Ray as the movements that he was doing stated he was preparing for a battle.
Zeta smiled and sat to the side as three other doors opened. To the door across from Mason and Ray were a male and a female around the same age as Ray and Mason, with a person that also sat on the side he was an old guy with a suit and a beard.
"Teacher, what's this again?" The girl turned her head slightly to ask the man before he responded "Everything will be explained when the others arrive." The old man gave her a warm smile before looking across the room and glaring at Zeta. Zeta responded by giving him a smug smile back at him before looking to the door on the right.

The door on the right opened slowly before three people walked in 2 females with one male along with another person following them, before swiftly going to the side and hanging out on the wall. One of the females had barely anything on as she wore a tight black top that exposed her strong muscular but feminine, body along with some gym shorts. She had messy hair that went down to her butt along with very sharp canine teeth. The other female had what looked to be a slim body with a sleeveless black body suit on, it was tight around her neck and looked like a bathing suit that was made out of cloth you made for regular clothes, Along with parachute pants and a wolf cut. The male had white parachute pants on along with a tight white shirt that showed off his body and muscles. He had short black hair that stopped right in front of his eyes, it was slightly parted where he could see, and his canines were also very sharp.
The person who stood on the side next to him looked at Zeta and gave him a thumbs up with a smile before Zeta waved at him while smiling back. "Teacher do you know them?" the girl with the wolf cut asked very calmly as she turned her head slightly to look at him. "Well I don't know them but their teacher is a friend of mine! We were a great duo, back in our days as student sorcerors," he said as he leaned his head to the left and explained himself with a smug smile on his face. The girl nodded before turning her head forward again.
On the door to the left came a group of 5 people 3 boys and two girls. The sensei who was dressed in a suit came in behind them with a serious face before he stepped to the side of his students.
A speaker in the room buzzed before a voice started talking " Good morning Students this is your entrance exam and your only exam in limbo, here are the run-down ladies and gents. This exam is to weed out people who are not capable of exterminating demons and spirits. Each spirit is 3 points a curse 10 points, a vampire 50 Points, a demon 100 points, and if you make one of the other students submit and admit defeat it's an instant qualification! Now your senseis will all hand you your watches to keep track of not only your points but what goes on for the rest of the time you attend Limbo." the students looked a little confused as they all stared at the speaker.
"Hey sir the clothes we have don't look like it's meant for battle like how the other clothes are," Mason said as he turned around completely to look at Zeta while sweating, "once you begin try to activate your cursed energy and you will see that your clothes will change. They only let me give my students this because, well simply I'm just the best!" he smiled at him slightly while staring at the Oldman across from him.
"You have 5 hours to get 200 points. Only then can you come back to the academy but try not to cause too much damage to the forest." most of the students were slightly shaken up by this but the whole time Ray wasn't paying attention je was too busy looking at the strong looking female that came in with the teacher that knew Zeta his name was "Diaz fugo" then he looked over at the group of people that was that came in with the teacher in the suit.
'Some of the people here. Was not here in the original novel at all. This is starting to get confusing in a way but I have my theories' he looked at the unfamiliar faces as they looked at him in the same way before a loud voice boomed over the speaker as all the teachers stepped out of the room.
"begin!" it said before the whole room erupted as a tornado was created at the very center by one of the students everyone was sent flying out the top of the roof and into the forest. "That also didn't orginaly happen, now there fucking with the seqencies" Ray rubbed his head slightly as he mumbled before bringing himself to his feet.
"But it's clear what there objective was. To split everyone up. The best plan of action is to be sneaky until I can find Mason or just acquire the correct amount of points." Ray started to use some of his spirit energy and his clothes turned into flames before turning into new clothes. He had a on black parachute pants with a white tight shirt with sleeves on. On the center of the shirt was a red circle.
"A lot of thought went into this didn't it…" Ray muttered to himself before he walked through the forest. 'There are weapons all over this forest so I should try to at least find something to defend myself with until I get better at fighting with my hands." he started to wander through the forest.
After walking for about 20 minutes he found a tree that had been cleanly cut in half. He touched the tree to find there was cursed energy left behind on it. "This could be a curse or a person," he said to himself as he imbued his hand with spirit energy making a golden cube in his hand." so this is a spirit technique, spirit techniques go off what your main ability is while cursed techniques could be whatever. Innate techniques are abilities that are constantly in use once you know the physical capabilities and get comfortable with innate techniques you can even use them while you sleep. But my all-time favorite abilities is Relm Unbinding." Ray continued to stare at the cube before a eye opened up on the side of the cube facing him. It looked exactly like his eye.
"Well that's creepy" he said with a plain expression on his face before the cube spiraled forward blocking a rock that shattered into dust on impact of the cube. Ray stayed unfazed as he looked in the direction of which the rock came from to see a person slowly walking out from under the shadow of a tree.
"You seen that coming I guess my movements are getting sloppy from being tossed around." the person muttered before stretching her arms. It was none other than the girl with the wolf cut, she pulled the bottom of her bodysuit and let it rubber band back on her body her breasts slightly bounced as she did so but her face stayed calm and unmoving as if she was unbothered and not embarrassed at all. She looked back over at him before immediately throwing one of her hands up in a slicing motion diagonally.
"Sever" she mumbled before Ray felt pain in his right shoulder as a shallow cut formed on his right shoulder blade and the tree behind him had a mark on it. Ray's eye twitched slightly he felt the pain but his face didn't make a lot of movement. "Must want to get this qualification over quickly."
She said nothing as she swung her arm to the right horizontally. "Sever." her voice grew louder but as she was saying it the cube flew in front of her and the eye opened as the ability reached them.
"Redirect" he mumbled as the eye flashed before looking at her before the pupils dilated slightly before she felt the instinct to jump. She jumped up swiftly and the tree behind her was sliced horizontally in half before falling down on the ground.
"Must you make this harder on yourself?" she said as she landed on the stump of the tree that had been cut in half. she stood up on a stump and looked down at him. 'Well, I got my answer to why there was a sliced tree earlier.'

A good 100 yards away Mason was standing 6 feet away with the one male who came in with Diaz. Mason's clothes had turned into their combat form with him having a short-sleeved red shirt on with black baggy pants.
Mason's face was slightly burnt on his face and hands while the boy had blood leaking out of his mouth, The boy's fists reignited with pink flames as he smiled at Mason.
-From a servailen room-
"As usual it seems diaz has some great picks this year." an elderly man said as he sat on a chair in the center of the room all the way in the back.
"But then the ones that Zeta brought in are no laughing matter they are both prodigies one with combat and the other with spiritual and cursed technique." the elderly man gave a wholesome smile to the screen.
"Such promising students this year indeed"
