Matteo keep talking through his tears. As his tears started to fall on the Seraphina's hand .
Matteo " You always come to me whenever I got hurt from training and but put bandages on my wounds. then sera I am hurt deeply hurt here ( He said that put her hand on his heart ) You always come to me whenever I cry from pain alone in my room to wipe my tears . then look your brother is crying again . Sera wipe my tears please sera . look your Teo brother is crying. and you're not wiping his tears. "
He said and put his head on her hand started cry hard .
Soon the beeping sounds go louder . but Matteo didn't realise it . through his crying. Soon he felt a grip on his hand .
He looked up to see sera looking at him with her eyes widened as she rise her left hand that is attached with wires . She was taking heavy breaths as her chest move up and down with each and every breath she took . She was trying to say something but couldn't because of oxygen mask .
Soon doctor rushed in side by hearing sound of beeping.
Matteo wipe his tear and looked at his hand that is in the tight grip of Seraphina.
Doctor 2" sir please go out we need to check her please. " he said
Matteo free his hand from her tight grip . and walk out of the room . let doctors do their work .

Matteo inform others about the situation and again Everyone rushed towards the D wing of the mansion.
Selena " What happened son , Is she ok ? " She asked .
As Matteo about to answer. got cut when doctor opened the door .
Doctor 1" She wake up !" He said with a small smile.
Selena " Can we meet her . ?" She asked .
Doctor 2" Yes you all can meet her put please don't ask many questions and give her some time to adjust a bit ." He said .
They all rushed in side to see Seraphina looking at them with a weak smile .
Seraphina " Papa ,Mama ,brother Teo , Brother Rio and Brother Ri . " She said in low tone . but enough for them to hear .
By now each of them have teary eyes. everyone walked towards her and Selena and Marcello sat beside her on each side .
Marcello hold her hand and said " Princess " he speak in low tone .
Seraphina " yes papa " she replied . in her low tone as she wasn't able to speak right away after 8 months of coma .
Marcello " How are you feeling princess. Are you feeling any pain or discomfort. Say it " He asked .
Seraphina " Just a little pain near my stomach " she said .
Marcello heard that and looked at the doctor while rising his eye brow, as if . As he is trying ask the reason behind it .
Doctor got the question and spoke " Well that is because of the stitches. and surgery. " He explained.
Marcello " Can you all leave our family alone for a moment " He said . Indicating all the medical staff to leave. As they got their Que and they all left quickly.
Selena " I want to ask you something if you're ready to answer. " She said in soft tone while caressing her head .
Seraphina turn her head and look at her mother.
Seraphina " Yes mama you can ask any think you want . " She said .
Selena " Then can you explain this " She said in her serious tone and look at the babies as they are sleeping beside Seraphina.
Seraphina followed her mother grace and look beside her to see babies laying beside her .
Seraphina " Mama who are they ." She asked while being confused . As she was not aware that she was pregnant.
Marcello " What do you mean by ' Who are they ' They are your babies. You gave them birth today that's why you are feeling pain because of stitches. " He said as he is serious by now .
Matteo couldn't kept his silence and asked " sera you yourself were not aware that you were pregnant ? "
Seraphina " What !! I was pregnant? . And I gave birth today! " She was suprised.
Mario " Hey take it easy !, if you move you will open your stitches. Wait First tell us till when you remember things.? " He asked As he read the confusion / suprise on her face .
Seraphina " I remember that I was going to come back to Italy after finishing my masters .(She said as she remembered each and every moments that she spend in newyork. as she continues ) And my jet landed and I saw you all standing and waiting for me . And as I was descending the stairs of jet . I got blow by strong force and hit the ground and every thing blackout . That's all I remember. " as she was speaking. She kept looking at the babies and admiring them .
Mari " So you remember everything, that's good . You just wasn't aware of your pregnancy. Am I right? " He asked while looking at her .
Seraphina " Yes I don't know that I was pregnant and I gave birth. " She said as she try to sit . Selena stand up and help her to sit .
Matteo " Well you remember only that much because you were in coma for 8 and half months till now . And can you please tell us about this mess that your are into ." He asked while rising left his eye brow.
Seraphina " Brother About that ..... I am sorry for hiding it from all of you ." She said while lowering her grace.
Marcello " Don't be sorry princess !, I know you must have reason to do it so . I know my princess she must had her reasons and I am not angry with you but I little sad that you don't told us about it that's all. And I am happy to have these angels as my grandchildren. " He said as he caress her head .
Seraphina " Yes papa I had reason that why I was coming here back to tell you about it . But they got me first. Papa someone is betraying us papa . Some one told Russian mafia about our secret and about my existence and they try to attack me there when I was in newyork in my last month stay before I returned back. I had to leave my family there . " She explained and she said last sentence in low tone. but everyone heard that .
Matteo " What do you mean by family " He asked .
Seraphina " I am married ." she said as she rise her lift hand to show her wedding ring.
Selena " WHAT !!!" She said as she immediately stand up from her seat . " But you already had fiance Seraphina ! How can you got married there and have children don't you remember Luke . " Shr said.
Seraphina " Mama I don't like him even a bit . It was just grandfather wish me to get married to Luke and I was full filling it . And that's the reason I don't told you guys about him " She said in her serious tone .
Marcello " Sera If you don't like him you shouldn't have agreed then . " He said .
Mari " Yes papa is correct . If you don't like him then you shouldn't have agreed in the first place and it's not like we will force you against your will ." He said try to make her understand .
Seraphina " I know I just . I will tell you Guys some other day . First let me take my babies in my arms . " She said as she pick her daughter up .
Selena " You gave birth to twins. First one is boy and second one is girl ." she said while helping her to pick the baby girl up .
Seraphina " Oh my look at my babies they are so cute just like their mama . Wow I am proud of myself to give birth to two beauty. " She said as she began to being her dramatic self . making other facepalm.
Matteo " Look a baby have babies now . How dramatically time changed. I still remember when you come to me saying mama is not letting you have candies . " He said while rolling his eyes and try to hide his smile to see his sister alright and awake .
