Entering a cab, Adira reaches home. She felt happy right now having a job, even if it was just as a child phycologist. The card he gave me was still in my hands but reaching the door, she slots it inside my bag.
Immediately she opens the door, Adira turns around happily, standing right in front of Jenner.
"Jenny, I got a job!!!!" she screamed to which Jenner joins too.
"Aihhhhhhh, that's so great." She said while jumping on the coach.
They hug each other for some seconds before Adira's phone rang. Taking it out from her bag, she looks at the caller ID. it was her dad.
She looks apologetically at Jenner who had a smile on her face indicating that she go on.
Picking up the call, she leaves the sitting room and walks into the bedroom, dropping her bag in the right place.
"Hello sister." She immediately recognized her little brother voice. She became sad immediately knowing that she did not call to check up on him.
"Hey baby bear, how are you??" she asked immediately while remembering his small face.
"I am fine, how about you??" he asked her. He always talked so maturely that she always wondered what made him always act mature.
"I am good, do you like your nanny??" she asked him with a smile plastered on her face.
"Yes, I do like her." he replied but she could denote a little sadness coated in his words.
"Ohhh, you do, uhn??" she said to make him assure her.
"mmm." he said slowly.
"Are mum and dad back already." she asked him.
"Uhmmm!!!" he muttered.
"I can't hear you, why are you with dad's phone did he leave it at home??" she asked again.
"mmmm." Theo hummed.
"I want to come and stay with you." Theo said slowly.
" Do you miss your sister??" Adira asked with a wide smile on her face.
"Yes, I do and I want to see you." He said to her.
"Okay then when mum and dad return, tell them to bring you here okay??" she said.
"Okay." he said.
" Oh and take care of yourself." she said.
"Okay sis, I am hanging up now" he said, not waiting for her reply, he hung up.
Smiling she turned around only to find Jenner looking at her with a smile.
"What's wrong Jenny??" Adira asked Jenner while returning the smile, she was sure this smile will be plastered on her face throughout.
"I wish I could interact with my brother this way." Jenny said her smile widening more.
"Ahhh, my brother is just three years, how old is your brother." Adira asked Jenny while taking a sit on the bed.
"He is thirty this year." she said also taking a sit on the bed while sipping her drink.
"Oh." Adira muttered.
"Too mature for his age." Jenny said with a sigh.
"Do you want me to ask you how old you are?" Adira asked.
"No need, I will tell you. I am also twenty nine this year." She said with a smile.
"I am thirty this year." Adira quotes.
"Really, how about I hook you up with my brother, maybe a blind date or something." Jenny proposed.
"Really!!!! no don't." She said to her Jenner.
"Why??? my brother is very cute, he is a billionaire, he is smart so your kids will be very smart assuringly...." Jenny list good qualities of her brother.
"If you complain about the way you interact with your brother then what would you say about me." She says with a sigh, taking off her shoes.
"Yeah, mmm, I am sure he will like you since I like you." standing up, she continues.
"Thanks for accepting, you know they always said my brother was homosexual and I have been trying to proof them, mostly my grand father wrong but he always sent all the girls away." Jenny says while trying her hair.
"Really!!! he is bent." Adira said in hushed tones.
"No he isn't, I haven't seen him with any man or woman before and I usually trailed him.
"Mmm, are you sure??" Adira said teasingly.
"I am, he once told me, he had someone in mind but it have been three years now." Jenny sighed and continued.
"There was one time that he actually did it with a girl but we didn't find her again." Jenny said emphasising on did it.
"So she is the one he is waiting for??" Adira asked.
"That's exactly it, but I am sure you can change his heart." Jenny said arranging Adira's hair.
"But I am busy by weekend." Adira said.
"It's before the weekend, okay!!! let me call me granddad to set the dates." Jenny said standing up from the bed.
