Checking on Adira, they prescribe her drugs for her. She swallows it slowly and after a few minutes of resting, her skin began glowing and was not dull and pale anymore.
"Are you feeling better now??" Jenner asked her while patting her hair.
"Mmmm, I am better now." Adira replies while nodding.
"That is great then." Jenner said taking a sit.
"Let's get going." Adira said standing up, she felt better right now.
"Are you sure??" Jenner inquired.
"I am and besides we have things to talk about." Adira replies with crossed hands.
"Really??? i... okay let us go then." Jenner said with a giggle.
Looking at Jenner, Adira knew she had something she wanted to tell her about.
"Did you pass the audition??" Adira asked while standing up from the chair.
"Yeah!!! I did. That's how I know Lara. According to them, she is the best actress there."
"She acts?? " Adira muttered.
"The driver is outside, let's go."
Reaching the house, they enter inside.
"Jenny, how do you know that woman you called??" Adira asked her immediately they entered inside.
As if the question have already been at the top of her tongue.
"Ohhh, my dad own the company." Jenner while scratching her head.
"Really, that's great but then why are you working??" She asked again.
"Because, I want to make it by myself not with the help of my dad and brother." she was with a smile.
"Ahhh I get you!! same here." she said totally understanding Jenner's ply.
"Though I am adopted." Jenner continues.
After a lot of chit chats, they eat and slept.
Dressing up properly, she looks at her laptop re-reading the letter they sent to her.
"We have gone through your application details and we are impressed by your work. So, Arc hospital are hereby inviting you to attend our interview by 10 o'clock."
The letter was short but she read for a long time. Smiling brightly, she calls a cab.
"Jenny, I am going, see ya." she screamed realizing that Jenner was in the bathroom.
"I wish you a good luck, make sure to wow them, okay!!" Jenner shouted from the bathroom.
"Sure baby girl." Adira replied, walking out of the house, she enters the car.
She gives the driver her address.
Walking out of the car, she almost screamed realizing how huge and beautiful the hospital was. She was marveled at the sight, smiling she walks in confidently.
If there was anything she learnt from her father, it was confidence. Walking majestically, she stops right in front of the receptionist.
"Good morning madam, I am here for an interview." She said with a small smile which the receptionist returned.
"This way, ma." she said walking towards an elevator.
Entering inside the elevator, she directs me on where to go to. The hospital had it normal scent but was so large and designed.
She prayed she got a job here. Walking towards the next receptionist, who directs her to sit down and wait for the interviewer to stop finish what he was doing.
She kept sitting down there until she sighted him.
"What is he doing here??" she muttered.
He was pushing a wheelchair, but he looked so cool doing it. This second receptionist already stopped what she was doing and was lost in looking at him.
I was about to continue my admiration but I was called in.
I walked inside and I was surprised at the interviewer. It was George, he sat down on the swivel chair looking at me, without a smile.
My confidence trembled, I looked at him and he didn't look happy seeing me. I didn't understand, just because I told him not to talk to me and now he is looking at me like an enemy.
"You didn't get the job." He said without even asking anything.
"Uhn??" I said with scrunched eyebrows. I knew I won't get this job but I felt extremely bad hearing it.
"You are not hired, please leave." He said shortly while returning his gaze back to the file that was open in front of him.
"You are fired." I heard a very matured voice.
Turning around, I was amazed at the sight of the person I saw.
