"A personal relationship?" he asked not sure he followed how that came to be a possibility with this lad being his former patient.
Lex sighed as he attempted to walk away prompting Hadrian to follow after him and grab his arm as he neared the space between the two buildings that housed merchandise for shops. It was a rather private little section where no prying eyes could be seen and their chat muffled by those not meant to hear it.
"What kind of personal relationship?" asked Hadian reaching the private little alley and grabbing Lex by the arm. "How did this happen if you were my patient?"
Lex sighed once more looking to be quite exhausted as he tried his best to pull away.
"Please just let it go, you have your life back and you're happy with it," he said in the most sorrowful tone he could manage.
Hadrian wasn't to be denied as he noted the pudge of Lex's belly.

Hadrian noted the list his wife had given him and settled for quitting halfway, he had been under the impression that she wanted him out of the house for some reason anyway. He calculated that it would have taken him at least three hours to finish her wild goose chase.
