Nivritti's eyes were widened with shock. How come he was here, right in front of her? She thought she left everyone behind. She didn't know that anyone would follow her back to the K&Q building. Yet Korain was standing before her with anger in his eyes.
"What are you doing here, SK?" asked Nivritti and cleared her throat. She could not look into his eyes and lowered her gaze.
"What the hell is wrong with you? Why were you shouting at NK, that too in front of all those people?" asked Korain and entered the lift.
"Did everyone hear everything?" asked Nivritti.
"No, we said that you were scolding NK about some scripts," replied Korain. "So why were you shouting at him?"
"I… I don't want to talk about it, please leave," she tried to press the door-open button, but Korain stopped her. He grabbed her hand and pulled her back.
