Jae-Geun was reluctantly taking things out of the back seat mumbling curses at Him-Chan. He was supposed to help Nivritti upstairs, but he knew he could only help her walk as he would have to carry all the packets too.
He stood up straight after grabbing everything and shut the car door. He walked towards the stairs, but his legs stopped abruptly the moment he saw Him-Chan lifting Nivritti in his arms. He felt like someone stabbed his heart with hundreds of tiny needles. He didn't like what he was seeing. He didn't like anyone else touching her.
"JH!" protested Nivritti, again.
"You know I am right," said Him-Chan.
"Yeah, you are," Nivritti accepted her defeat.
"Then wrap your arms around my neck. I am going to move as fast as I can," lied Him-Chan. He wanted to savour the moment. Every member of his team spent a whole day with her, but he didn't get that chance.
