The children couldn't believe that they were truly in the castle now. When she had asked them, they thought that maybe she was only trying to liven the mood and make them feel better after what they told her. But they never expected her to actually take them here.
"Do you like it here?" Hazel asked. She was holding the girl's hand whose name she has now come to know to be Kaia. And the boys were Atlas and Eros.
"Very much," it's very big," Kaia replied, her smile wide and eyes glimmering with vivid happiness and excitement.
"That is good. You must be hungry, right?" they nodded even though the boys wanted to refuse, their growling bellies betrayed their true desire, leaving them no choice but to nod. "Let us go then. It is almost dinner time," she said and began leading them towards the large dining room.
