"How long have you been here?" the shadowing man asked. He stared at her intensely trying to see if there was something wrong or if she had lied about being alive.
He didn't notice it before but he does now. When she winced after he pulled her ear, he thought she was just acting, seeing his hand grab on her ear. In this darkness, he could see clearly but she had complained of not being able to see.
"A few hours, I suppose," Hazel replied. She was a bit sure how long she had been here, she woke all of a sudden and she was here. She didn't know how she got here and how long she had stayed unconscious either.
"Hours?" he asked, seemingly surprised that a living person could stay there for so long. "Do you practice dark magic?" he asked. He was a little more patient now that he knew she was a living person in the wrong place.
