The room plunged into silence after Hazel's words. She stared deep into Sage's eyes when she said this and it took them by surprise.
"I apologize for their behavior, my queen," Sage said with a bow of her head. Hazel had this side to her petty and demure appearance. She even had the heart to break an Arcadian born out of the room. A dragon shifter for that matter.
"I want them to leave or apologize," Hazel said. She felt like a bully right now but she felt she was right to. The guest should come to someone's home and expect to be treated like the house master when you are nothing but a guest. She had promised herself that she would not bring shame to Arzaan and she plans on keeping that promise. She had already caused him many problems that he had to deal with. Defamation because if her was not something she would like to add to the list of things he would need to take care of.
