Hazel woke up the next morning feeling energized and ready to learn. The first thing she did after breakfast was to drag Heidi to the library where she would be taught magic. They walked into the archives and Heidi looked around curiously because this was her first time coming in here.
"You like it here don't you?" Hazel asked. They walked to where there were a few tables for reading and sat around one.
"I do. Thank you for bringing me here, My Queen," she said, bowing a little out of gratitude and her eyes returned to roaming the library. "I can't believe the king gave you access to the archives," she said.
Hazel only nodded and didn't speak. "What are we learning today?" She asked. Why he allowed her inside the archived should not be that big a deal. She had already said that only the royals were allowed inside and the members of the council. So why was she surprised that she was given the access?
