Arzaan walked back inside and found the hall he left a while ago was ruined. Dents could be seen on multiple portions of the walls. On the ground was Lucas trying to catch his breath. The thing that he was fighting could not be seen but on the wall were cracks and it looked like it had been burnt. Dark spots could be seen on the wall and the ceiling.
"How is my Queen, Your Majesty?" Lucas asked despite how miserable he looked right now. He tried standing and ended up on one knee, he was still unable to get up to his feet.
"She is awake and better," he replied and stopped walking in front of him. "Where did it go?" he asked because he could still feel some travels of that thing lingering around.
"It escaped," Lucas replied and pushed himself off the ground to his feet but staggered and needed help from the wall behind him not to fall.
"Where are you going, Lucas?" Arzaan asked when he saw him deploying his wings.
