Along the way to the office, Revan kept daydreaming and thinking about what was going on in the feeling at this time. He still didn't understand why he could be so upset to hear that Davina had just reunited with Dilan. Whether it was because of Dilan who he hated so much, or even because he started to have a crush on Davina.
Thinking about it frustrated Revan. He ruffled his hair roughly in annoyance. His mind was completely messed up just because of the feelings that were once so meaningless to him.
Is it possible that he has a crush on Davina? While he had only known Davina for the last few days.
Revan, who is now sitting in front of the laptop monitor, looks confused and disorganized.
"What's wrong with you? Why do you keep talking about Davina all the time? Realize... You're just using her. Not to fall in love with her!" Revan grumbled.
Not long after, the door to Revan's room opened wide and then closed again after a young man entered presumptuously into his room. Who else if not Revan's best friend, Felix?
Seeing Felix with that annoying face made Revan feel angry.
"I've told you a hundred times. Knock the door first!" Revan growled while throwing a sharp glare at Felix.
"Ehehe... Sorry," Felix said giddily and didn't feel guilty at all.
Revan just pouted and looked away because he was already annoyed.
"I heard your secretary is new? Is that true?" Felix asked curiously.
"Hmm!" Revan said briefly.
"I heard she's also very beautiful and sexy," Felix chirped while raising his eyebrows.
While Revan looks indifferent and focused on his work.
"Can't you respect me when I'm talking? How long are you going to act like a living inscription like this?" Felix growled who had already been irritated by Revan's indifferent attitude.
Hearing that, Revan immediately turned his head to look at Felix intensely. "Then, can't you just get serious about work and stop bothering me?" he said then.
"That... I was just asking, what's wrong with that?" Felix tried not to be cornered by Revan's question.
Revan rolled his eyes lazily refusing to respond to Felix again.
"Oh come on, don't you intend to introduce your secretary to me? Don't you also want to come to my wedding soon?" continued Felix acting sweet.
"If you want to get acquainted with him, then try yourself. I don't have time to do trivial things like this. Understood?" he said firmly.
"Tsk, alright... How heartless!" Felix squeaked annoyed.
Hearing that, Revan just shook his head in resignation. He could no longer think about how to deal with his best friend. Revan wanted to kick Felix to get away from him, but only Felix was faithful to accompany Revan when he was having trouble in the past until now.
Felix walked to the sofa in Revan's room, then grabbed one of the business magazines on his front desk. Felix's hands were busy turning the pages of the magazine and ignored Revan who was looking at him annoyed because he was disturbed by his presence.
Felix deliberately made noise from the pages of the magazine he was reading. Felix turned each page with such force that it made a fairly rough and loud sound as well. This made Revan even more uncomfortable.
"Hey, just take that magazine into your room and read it as loud as you can if you need to. Stop bothering me with my work!" Revan snapped in the end.
Felix smiled evilly, "why? I still want to be here," he said casually.
"Tsk, you are annoying!" Revan growled.
Revan was just about to stand up to approach Felix when suddenly there was a knock on the door.
"I'm Irene, sir. May I come in?" Irene's soft voice was heard from outside Revan's room.
Immediately, Felix stood up from his seat.
"Is that your secretary?" Felix asked enthusiastically.
Revan nodded slightly in response. "Come in!" he said briefly.
Irene opened the door to Revan's room slowly, then stepped gracefully. The beautiful woman smiled faintly at Revan who was standing beside his desk. A moment later, Irene realized that someone else was also in Revan's room.
Irene politely bowed to greet Felix who had been staring at her closely. It seems that the rumors circulating in Revan's office that Revan's new secretary is very beautiful and sexy are true. Now Felix knows for himself the truth about the rumors.
"What's wrong? Is there a problem?" asked Revan flatly.
The handsome man walked slowly towards the sofa and sat down casually while looking at Irene who was standing in front of him.
"I just wanted to ask about some of these files," said Irene nervously.
Irene already understands enough about the files she has to take care of, but Irene intends to use this as an excuse to approach Revan. But, it seems that the timing she used was not quite right. The beautiful woman did not know that Felix was with Revan at this time.
Revan immediately grabbed the file in Irene's hand, then checked it for a while. A moment later, Revan looked back at Irene with a look that was difficult to interpret.
"You can ask my partner, Felix. He's the manager of this company, he can also help you if you're having trouble," said Revan in the end.
Irene was silent for a moment, then glanced at Felix. "All right, sir," he said.
Felix smirked. Looks like Revan helped him this time.
"You go to the manager's room first, then let Felix help you," said Revan to Irene.
Irene gave a small nod and immediately walked out of Revan's room feeling annoyed towards Felix's room.
After Irene disappeared from behind the door, Felix immediately got up from his seat intending to chase Irene. But quickly Revan stopped Felix.
"Wait a minute," said Revan.
Felix turned his head and narrowed his eyes at Revan. "What else? I'm in a hurry," he snapped.
"You better be careful with, Irene ..." said Revan with a serious face.
"So, what?"
Raven clasped her hands together to support her chin. "It seems that she intends to enter this company differently, she is not a good girl," replied Revan casually.
"Since when do you judge someone from the outside? Tsk, you haven't even known a woman for more than 3 days," Felix mocked feeling the most correct.
"Then it's up to you."
Felix on his hips seemed to challenge Revan. "If you know she's not a good girl and has bad intentions, why don't you fire her immediately?" pick it up later.
Revan rolled his eyes lazily, then smiled lopsidedly in response to his friend's chatter.
"Don't worry, what can a little mouse do in a big warehouse?" he said sarcastically.
"Stop playing with words, you have to tell me the truth, or I'll die of curiosity because of you," Felix growled.
Revan just chuckled at Felix's words. Instead of explaining Revan instead moved back to his work chair.
"Oh come on, she's so attractive. Don't you think to make me happy just once?" continued Felix frustrated.
"It's not that I don't like you liking Irene, but she's more cunning than you think," explained Revan.
"So, the conclusion?" Felix furrowed his brows in disbelief.
"Never mind, just go back to your room. Meet him and you'll understand. Make sure you test it first before you fall in love with him!" Revan warned.
The handsome man immediately returned to focus on the files and laptop in front of him. Meanwhile, Felix was still annoyed that Revan had hung up his question.
There was not the slightest suspicion of Irene in Felix's mind. Felix is the type of person who judges a person by their appearance and outward demeanor. If you think that person knows manners, then Felix can just make sure that that person is also kind and polite.
Because he was already curious, Felix finally returned to his room to find out what Revan meant. While Revan just sighed heavily in the face of how Felix's thoughts were very slow and not in line with him.
