Andromeda received a message from Gray without him reading her current message that they need him back. She knew well that they will take the girl out of her exclusive dungeon but since she doesn't want any property to get damaged or anyone to get hurt, they take the girl out in the middle of the road where they will pass by.
It was as simple as that. Besides, the girl was useless to them since she wouldn't say a word. But now that they know Eris's identity, they don't need her anymore. They are still trying to call Gray but since he's ignoring everything, they have to wait until the weather in the area where he isolates himself and Eris, goes back to normal.
