Eris listened to Alicia as she mentioned to her how Leon and she met. It was in the bar and a one-night stand. A one-night stand became, two~~three~~until Leon, got serious with dating. Leon helped her a lot to get to wherever she was. She would want him to retire from dangerous work, as she already had retirement plans for them. She has enough money to provide for them.
