"I'm sure they are here somewhere!" Ander swears as they tread deeper into the thick forest.
The tall and almost identical trees can easily confuse and make even the best hunter lost their way. The forest near Ripya is one of a kind. Most citizens living around the area will not even dare step foot in the forest for the fear of getting lost. And the same thing is happening to Ander and Kayle when they pursue William and Amira after they have gone inside the forest.
The constant moving made the two expend so much energy just to cover more ground and find the two young people but to no avail. "This is getting ridiculous! They could have not gone far!" Ander slams his fists after they finally decided to get some rest. Kayle looks at the surrounding trees and confirms that they are almost identical.
