Deep within the mountains of the forest in Fernon where most of the elves reside, away from the influence of the humans and their impurities. The elves, thought living within the kingdom governed by humans, because of the truce between the elven king and the human king of the kingdom, they are able to live peacefully.
"You seem troubled, Furien?" an elf says to the young Furien as he stands beside the shallow river, looking at his reflection while harnessing his ability to control the water.
It may seem like he is enjoying his company, but the other elf knows that something is in deep thought.
"Father, are we the pinnacle of existence? We age very slow nor we get diseases. So, why are we staying in these mountains. We are more adept in controlling nature, and its elements compared to humans, are we not?" Furien asks and the other elf, his father pat his head.
