The international turmoil had nothing to do with Hudson anymore. After completing the emergency preparedness plan, he returned to his domain at the fastest speed.
War was a matter of the future, but for now, the most important thing was dealing with the group of Magical Beast captives; keeping them confined was not a solution.
It was a well-known fact that wild magical beasts were difficult to tame. Hudson did not believe he possessed any sovereign aura that would make these beasts submit at his appearance.
Even if he did have such ability, it would be useless, as Hudson needed these beasts to sign contracts with his subordinates, not with himself.
The lower the level of the magical beast, the more stubbornly they adhered to their ways. Their limited intelligence was simply not sufficient to support thoughtful consideration.
If contracts could not be completed, then these magical beasts would just have to be kept confined indefinitely, waiting to be used as breed-beasts.
