After much difficulties, Maxim finally found a Shrimpman Tribe in the vast sea. He rudely woke up the unconscious elder Hawkman and began to introduce himself on his own accord.
Staring at a group of trembling Shrimpman, the elder Hawkman was speechless. He had totally lost hope in Maxim's unique "introduction method".
Indeed, he was helping to facilitate relationships, but the outcome was counterproductive. It wasn't the friendly neighborliness desired, it seemed more like provoking hostility.
Fortunately, the ones he bullied were only a low-ranking Shrimpman tribe. If it were in the midst of a major Sea Race power, Maxim could simply run away, leaving the elder Hawkman to fend for himself.
"Honorable Sir Maxim, let me handle the rest of the negotiations!"
The elder Hawkman said tremulously.
He was truly afraid of the Red Dragon before him, fearing that should Maxim continue his antics, he would end up becoming the Sea Race's most-wanted criminal.
