Many squares appeared on the field. They seemed able to divide and compress the Bimon Cavalry, potentially surrounding and annihilating them in the end.
However, there were huge problems with the coordination among these squares. They failed to divide the Bimon Cavalry in time and instead were repeatedly broken through the middle by them.
Where the legions joined, problems occurred frequently. Either a huge gap was left, or they all collided, and no one could form a proper battle formation.
Just one lapse could allow the Bimon Cavalry to break free and roam again on the outer edge of the battlefield.
Now, they were directly rushing towards Crown Prince Caesar, not just as a bluff, but for a real breakthrough. There were three waves of soldiers in the way, but they were broken through in a blink of the eye.
Just as Crown Prince Caesar was indecisive about whether to retreat, thick smoke suddenly rose from the camp behind him.
"The main camp is under enemy attack!"
