Character Customization. To be honest, it wasn't an unfamiliar term; Ian often played video games in his previous life, and many games required character customization. But it seemed that Hua'an must be a Fae particularly passionate about 'character customization; she clutched her armored clothing, her excitement and longing apparent.

After a moment of thought, Ian candidly admitted his ignorance and asked for her help, "If it were up to me, I'd probably let the Frost Butterfly change at will, and then I'd just slightly adjust her appearance according to normal human standards… Yes, that's pretty much it."
