That Mountain-Bearing Tortoise of the Third Energy Level outside, just in terms of weight, could probably match that of tens of millions of humans, but how many times larger is the city that tens of millions of humans require to live in compared to the size of the Mountain-Bearing Tortoise?
If everyone were to be stacked in a life support device, protecting humans would be a very simple matter.
Just the souls alone would be even simpler to preserve.
All that's needed is a vessel... it might just be achievable!
