Chen Lun brought a few sets of clothes to change into, and together with Floey, they took a carriage to Pompey Manor.
He greeted the Viscount and explained that his blind sister had no one to look after her at home, requesting to stay at the manor together.
As Chen Lun expected, Viscount Pompey was surprised but immediately nodded in agreement.
"Mr. Jack, so you have a sister that needs care..."
"If I may be so bold, I have yet to meet anyone in the Inner City District who surpasses you in character and morality."
Viscount Pompey praised.
Then he called for Butler Binose, instructing him to arrange accommodations for Chen Lun and Floey.
"Since Mr. Jack is willing to trust me, please feel at ease living in the manor and treat this place as your own home."
Chen Lun took off his hat and bowed with his hand on his chest.
