Rotten Persimmon turned his head, his gaze falling on the figure of the gentleman in the black top hat surrounded by a group of players.
"That 'Black Messenger' mysterious merchant must be a Transcendent... but this is Novice Village after all, his power can't be too outrageous. Maybe we can kill him and take the stuff he carries."
Rotten Persimmon became more and more excited as he spoke.
"Even if we fail, it's no big deal. At worst, we die and drop a level. The loss isn't significant... Anyway, we're leaving here tomorrow to head for Amber City. Why not take one last gamble before we go?"
He looked at his companions and tempted them:
"If we succeed, that mysterious merchant is bound to drop items... Those potions, firearms, and even more powerful, yet so expensive we can't afford them, 'Mysterious Objects'! They will all be ours!"
Saying this, Rotten Persimmon clenched his fist tightly.
"Maybe, he even has Supernatural Knowledge on him!"
