Each encounter required different approaches and different uses of certain tools.
Fighting against many or stronger enemies required more tactics and preparations in order to reduce the casualties on her side.
No matter how much Blush wanted to capture and research the Vampires, it was still her top priority to complete everything quickly so she could get to the others who were in some danger.
So many Vampires had been lured out of hiding and took action so it provided Blush with a single moment to take two down in order to reduce their numbers.
The appearance of Blush in her normal state had provided a little shock to the Vampires and caused them to pause due to her having the appearance of a Demon but the two sudden deaths among their comrades had caused that too.
The others were woke up and jumped into action in time for Blush to handle the clean up before running down the hallway.
She ran down towards the door while being followed by several floating objects which included the cages that contained the sleeping or weak Vampires in their bat forms.
The door was pushed open and several shards of metal and glass were sent out towards the six figures in the room.
The shards headed towards Coral and Holly but made a slight turn as they curved around their bodies under the control of Blush.
Coral was about to release her grip on her naginata due to the loss of blood and anaemia while Holly was already feeling weak enough to have unstable legs.
The shards flew past them at a fast speed then hit the four Vampires who were feeding on their blood. "Gya!"
"Who!"
Mixed among them were some syringes which penetrated into their skin before injecting or extracting something.
Metal linked chains flew out and collided with the Vampires which caused them further pain before being forced to loosen their grip on their prey.
They started to turn their attention towards Blush and were about to calculate how to deal with her but it was already too late.
The only characters that Blush had been aware of that were like Vampires were Lucifer and Fangs and were considered as minor or major threats on Earth during the Dragon Ball stage of the series.
Stronger foes had yet to be shown but even Lucifer who was known as the Lord of the Devils Castle had been bested by the young Goku and Krillin.
Fangs had decent combat abilities to be able to be recruited as one of the warriors of Fortuneteller Baba and was able to defeat Krillin when they had fought but he was defeated by someone much weaker who used his weaknesses against him.
The Vampires had all been expected to possess above human combat abilities and had several tricks up their sleeves so Blush had wasted no time in defeating them.
Catching them off guard while they were drinking and controlling her weapons to move around her allies was the best way to get them when their guard was down.
They were less vigilant of their surroundings and had yet to think of a way to deal with her or had even thought of using their prey to protect them but it was already useless.
The objects seemed to move around their prey and flew directly to them so it was difficult for them to do so.
The sudden blunt and stabbing damage that was sustained to their bodies had caused them to loosen their grip on their prey before they fell back.
They lost their ability to fight back very quickly and Blush had still not expended much of her power in order to deal with them all. "Vampire Hunter at your service."
She flashed a wide grin which showed her white teeth as she looked towards the sleeping and confined bodies of the bat or normal forms of the Vampires. "You guys really messed up. You messed with the wrong people."
Blush was well aware that what she and the others had done would be somewhat questionable in the eyes of any kind of laws or authorities of some kind.
They entered someone else's property and killed or captured them upon being attacked.
If it was an ordinary scenario then Blush and the others would have been completely in the wrong even if they had mistaken the building as being without an owner and abandoned.
The home owners who were the Vampires had the right to defend themselves in their own property and the intruders were Blush and the others who were trespassing on their property.
Depending on the owners own views and way of doing things then it was likely that some would come to think of their property as being a place where they could do as they wanted and had every right to take from the intruders what they wanted.
A king or lord over some land or country had the power to be able to strip people of their land and belongings if they believed they had the right to do it.
It was a simple thought process of 'you are living on or have entered my territory so what I do with you is up to me since everything in this territory belongs to me'.
The building was the home of the Vampires and the intruders that disturbed their rest should rightfully become their next meal.
Blush and the others did have the right to defend themselves when others were trying to kill or harm them then they could only fight back.
Whether it was right or wrong to kill some of them and treat the others the way they had been treated, it was already much too late to question it since they were not given a chance to resolve the situation another way.
It was either the option to fight back or to flee and there was little room for negotiation since the Vampires had already made their move and had considered everyone as their next meal.
One scenario suggested that the building was just a place they stayed in which occasionally had people visit for various reasons like them being lost or they had an adventurous spirit to want to explore the abandoned and scary looking building.
The Vampires would have hunted anyone that came anywhere near their territory.
Another scenario was that they wanted to live a secluded life away from others so they did not wish for there to be any visitors and any intruders on their property would be killed to avoid their location being spread out to the outside world.
There was no opportunity to ask them why they were doing what they were doing when Blush and others were trying to defend their own lives and were in a hurry to save others.
Blush pulled out some things from the lantern hanging at her waist then started to treat the wounds of Coral and Holly. "You may feel a little anaemic so you will need to rest up and eat something. I will prepare you all some things so that you can regain your strength."
Coral sighed helplessly. "I.. was completely useless.."
Holly let out a sigh. "That was so scary.. I thought I was.."
Blush shrugged. "Let this be a lesson to you. There may be times in the future where we may encounter things just as weird as this so you need to not let your guard down."
They both nodded towards Blush to show they had listened to her and were reflecting on their failures.
If it had not been for Blush then they would have lost their lives so they were grateful to her and it helped them recognise that they still had many things to learn and experience before they could see themselves being as reliable as Blush.
Coral who was supposed to be the protector of Blush had been a little ashamed to be the one that was being saved.
She was a little relieved that Blush did not fault her for it too much and had treated it all like a learning experience.
Blush finished up with taking care of the others and swept her Psychic powers out in one direction which circled around her like a radar.
It was less taxing on her powers and it made it easier to see further if she stretched out her powers towards one direction rather than spreading it out in a full circle or sphere around her.
She could pick up on things much further away and could still change the direction it was facing or to rotate it around her in order to gain a clearer and further view of her surroundings.
The main issue with that method was that once the direction had been changed ir rotated then something could slip into the other locations that went unwatched or had yet to have the view return to its original place.
If she kept up her Psychic senses all around her then she would be able to pick up on and track what was going on within a certain range.
Once she had scouted the building using her own abilities, she finally relaxed. "No more of them so this should be all of them but I cannot be too careful. I really just want to start studying them right away. A living dead type physiology of a Vampire.l how interesting."
