When Yulong logged on later that morning, it was chaotic.
The developers decided to add a chat and friend system, meaning Yulong received a lot of notifications about friend requests and a lot of DM requests.
Out of all of these though, a certain one intrigued him.
[Player 'Emperor' sent you a chat request]
[You have accepted the chat request]
[Emperor: Oh, so you've finally arrived?]
[Ao Bing: It seems you too have reincarnated. Well, I hope you prove to entertain me this time...]
[Emperor: Realize that this time will be very, very different. I'm 𝘯𝘰𝘵 as naive as before.]
Yulong closed the chat and decided to finally put his plan into action. To do that, he'd have to find the infinite tower. The reasoning behind this is that he could level his cultivation base a learn techniques without the threat of death.
Once strong enough, he would grab Qianfan and ascend the first world and the next four before leaving the mortal worlds behind. The key to all of this would be his physique. The Soul Devouring physique was rare and feared. Essentially, it allowed you to absorb someone's soul- retaining the memories and skills as such.
However, it could as be performed partially. Like just taking away a person's memories or specifically targeting their skills or just even leeching off their Qi to refill yours. Now that Yulong could finally use the mysterious force known as Qi, he knew that running to the city which housed the infinite tower would take weeks.
However, if he was on a sword...
Yulong drew his sword and threw it into the air. With his perfect Qi Manipulation, he could easily control the sword and levitate. A normal True Martial would never be able to accomplish such a feat.
But, Yulong wasn't a normal True Martial...
Yulong stood on his sword in a position that was the most imposing, as he had three just for the heck of it. One where he stood facing forward with his hands behind his back was called the imposing position, another where he rode like he was surfing was called the surfboard position, and another one was in a sleeping position called 'sleep'.
Now he decided to add another one. Yulong stood facing straight before bending forward lowering himself so his front leg would bend and his back leg stretch. He planted his first foot at front of the blade.
He would call this the diving position that allowed for more speed. This would prove true as he put his arms behind his back almost like he was naruto running, and shot straight through the forest. He regained control from his dazed state and swerved around a tree, even though he could tank it.
Moments later, he was out of the forest and onto the open plain where the only scenery was the jagged white-capped mountains that seemed to stab the sky.
Out here, Yulong could see the faint silhouette of a line higher than any mountain disappear into the sky. This was the Infinite Tower he was sure, as it could be seen from any point in the 15 worlds.
A few hours passed and Yulong had to take some breaks due to his meager Qi. But he resumed, going farther than he would in a few hours than in a few days if he was running.
To fully maximize his physique and truly become heaven-defying, he would need the «Chaos Soul Scripture» and the «Heavenly Soul Scripture» that could on be found in the heavenly realm to create a nameless technique and improve his physique by leaps and bounds.
However, the path of cultivation was long and filled with treachery and mystery. Already, things had been deviating from their path—such as the spirit that wasn't supposed to be in a low-level spawn area.
Soon enough, Yulong logged off to have dinner and then logged back in to ride on his sword for another few hours before lying on his back and going to sleep as he subconsciously moved the sword and restored his Qi through the Qi around him.
...
As Yulong slept, a voice called out to him.
"F̵̢̨̢̘͎̣̲̳̻́͑͐̎̈̈́͘͜ḯ̴͉̤̭̩̯̣͎́͗́͘͝͠n̴̛͍̠̰͇̖̘̤͛̍̂̔͜͠͠d̵̢̛̪̖̲̫͕̾̄̈́̓̃̉ ̵̛̬̝̒̆́͒͝t̶̗̿̾͆͑̾̇͗h̶̲̱̞̣͈̆͂͜ȩ̷̧̨̢̘̤̱̉̌̓̐̾̉͝ ̴̧̛͕̘̠͖̫̭͈̮̦̾̊͗̆̒̂͂d̵̩̣͎̭̣̩̲̦̅r̵̢̧̗̯͎͕̬̼͓͈̎a̵̧̟͓̞͇̰͔͕̲͌̔̇̐͂̆̑̒ǵ̸̳̝̲̈́̿͘̚̚͠ò̶̡̧̺̫͖͚͍̖͉̳̑n̶̗̲̣̠̮̣͍͈̍̽s̵̗͚͇̻̩̑͋͜.."
Yulong could see nothing just black as far as the eye could possibly see. The voice rang again, paining him.

"Look, a young genius!" The crowd of people lining up to enter Fazixar City exclaimed when they saw Yulong hovering on a sword while asleep.
The noise startled him awake as he looked at the long line of people hundreds of miles below him. Had he reached his destination overnight?
"Oi, kid! That's fancy and all, but you got to wait your turn like the rest of them!" One of the guards said. The other guard elbowed him.
"What if he's a Young Master? Or part of a prominent sect?"
"I don't care. If he kills me out of annoyance, he's just petty."
Yulong flew back to the end of the line and stood at the very back, ready for the long wait that was about to happen.
Once he finally reached the guards, he eyed the crystal he would have to put his hand on.
"Don't worry, if you aren't a criminal, there's nothing to be afraid of." The guard said. Yulong put his hand on the mysterious crystal and couldn't identify it by touch, however, it showed a reaction by turning a shade of light green.
At seeing this, the guard then said, "Entry is 5 Yang."
Yulong summoned 5 Yang after converting hundreds of his Yin into Yang. After the guard let him in, Yulong took some time to take in the scenery. Such a prosperous and large city...
