She was hungry already, her mouth watered instantly on seeing the array of food on the table. There was grilled fish, egg omelette, pork stew, rice, roasted chicken, sliced bread, sandwich spread, two cups of hot coffee, a pitcher of water on both sides with two glasses laying close to them. The food was still hot, because it was kept in warmer plates.
Laura who was starving, without a warning dragged on a fork and spoon and dove into the meal, dipping on it like a wild animal. The masked guy, stared at her silently, he smiled.
He didn't expect her to be cultured with the manners of table etiquette, he rather admired her uncaring attitude as she ate to her hearts fill. He smiled to himself again brushing a dirty thought off his head.
Laura bit on the roasted chicken, enjoying the taste in her mouth as she savoured every bit of it.
