Before Ren paying the guard he was handed with a Small " Information booklet " which had information about 'why the entrance fee is 5 silver'.
Even though this place was safe from inside with no danger of monsters, it was still not safe from outside.

Also some of the entrance fee was used for development of the city. Yes, this place had government.
Placid city was built by God of this world but it wasn't a habitable place. People who first came here developed it and made it a better place.
Many humanoid races coexist in this place.
In short it was a perfect medieval fantasy land.
When Ren entered the city through the gates first thing which he saw was it's people.
Some had pointed ears, some had short satire. Some even had animal ears and tail.
All the buildings looked from medieval period but they were in perfect condition.
There were many mansions and palaces owned by many strong people of this world.
In the middle of the city was a huge palace.
It was the palace where the ruler lived or in exact terms "the king".
" Hello sir" A female voice called Ren.
Looking back in the direction he saw a girl with pointed ears,Small chests with her height little less than Ren.She had blue eyes with blonde hairs with pale skin.
Ren was astonished by her beauty but he didn't eyed her with a different look.Appereciating her beauty in one glance he replied her, "yes, How can I help you miss? "
She looked at him with surprise, 'wow he didn't talk like a pervert. '
Few minutes ago,before she came towards Ren she interviewed many earthlings as they entered the city.

'Is she trying to lure me in some isolated area and do something to me? ' his doubts were increasing little, looking in his surroundings.
"Miss, are we going in correct direction? " Ren asked her doubtfully.
Looking at him she understood that he misunderstood it. Many people used to misunderstand it so she could easily guess it. She didn't hide anything from him.
"Yes sir, we are going in right direction. It's just that this place is little isolated from surroundings. Many people misunderstand it for some hideout for criminals. "

Two people were standing in front of a building which looked like a small restaurant.One was in a modern outfit and other girl was in green dress. They both were Ren and the elf girl.
Entering the restaurant they went between the tables where 2 people were already sitting and waiting for someone.
"Litia! " Elf girl called out to the person sitting on the chair of a table.
The two sitting people looked at her.
"Alice, here! " Girl sitting on the table raised her hand and called the elf girl.
Elf girl smiled and caught Den's hand and said, "let's go" And went towards Litia's table.
