"WAHAHAHAH! Do those demon bastards think we're afraid of them? HAHAHHA! Ridiculous!" Alexander laughed.
"Even though we didn't got the chance to deeply investigate the demon portal, at least we got its name and what it can do." Anna tried to calm Alexander down by to no avail.
'Sighhhhh i guess a war will be inevitable.' Anna touch her forehead feeling a headache for the things about to come.
After ordering his army to take care of Anna, Alexander then returned to their home and had Kevin activate the portal.
After stepping out of the portal, Alexander then walk to the throne room where the emperor is located.
Explaining to Emperor Barbados what happened, Alexander pleaded that they do not take this provocation lying down.
"HAHA calm down my general, we are not savages but noble savages." Emperor Barbatos lectures Alexander.
"We destroy for a purpose, and that purpose is... DESTRUCTION OF THOSE WHO PROVOKE US!! ." Emperor Barbatos roared and he orders Alexander to gather the most elite barbarian champions and teach them how to slay demons considering Alexander was the most outstanding warrior in the demon war 100 years ago causing the demons to yield with the help of the elves and angels.
Alexander bowed and left to do what Emperor Barbatos ordered.
"Sighhhhh, why do demons think we're getting weaker just because we are not those destruction loving savages we were known for anymore." Emperor Barbatos put his hand in his chin thinking why the demons did what they did.
'Hmmmmm is this the work of a demon king that the demon emperor is not aware of? But it's impossible that the sole sovereign of the demon realm does not know what its subordinate is doing.' Even after thinking about it, Emperor Barbatos still cannot comprehend why the the demon king of knowledge is experimenting in his territory.
"Oh demon king of knowledge, i hope you know what will be the consequence if i ever get my hands on you." Emperor Barbatos chuckled evidently not afraid of the demon that dared to experiment in his territory.
Alex meanwhile sighed in relief after checking on his mother and seeing that she is okay after getting the news from Kevin about what happened.
"Will a war happen mother?." Alexander asked
"It depends if the demons keep releasing their portal in our realm, as you know the demon race is significantly stronger than ours however we are not so weak that they can casually release demon portals in our territory and get away with it." Anna said not knowing what Alexander and the emperor is thinking.
"Ohhh so if they really want to, they can defeat us?" From the book Alex read in the library demons were depicted as a cruel and strong race.
"Hmmmm not necessarily because barbarians are geniuses when it comes to battle and qi cultivation considering we are a warring race like demons."
"However, the energy the demons utilize is corrosive and not only are their bodies almost as strong as us, they can also master specific magic which we barbarians cannot in exchange for a body extremely compatible with qi." Anna lectures Alex who just nods his head with a serious expression.
'Hmmmm its worth training in qi too considering my race is literally made for it.'
Alex ponders as training in qi too is good as he wants to be an all rounder.
{You should ask for qi techniques host as your body is more attuned to qi more than other barbarians} Sana suggested to which Alex agreed as he asks his mother that he wants to get a qi technique.
"Oh? I thought you want to be a magician?" Anna remembered when Alex who was 5 years old told them that he wants to be like those magicians from the books that can cast magical spells.
"Well it's good to know a thing or two." Alex said slightly embarrassed remembering how excited he was when he discovered magicians in those books.
"You can ask Kevin for the appropriate qi techniques, he has quite a large knowledge about it." Anna said sending her son away so she can work on assisting her husband.
After leaving his mother's room, Alex then finds Kevin and asks him where the qi techniques are located.
After getting the direction from Kevin, Alex arrived to a library like building that is situated underground.
With no guards or anything the like in sight, Alex just opened that wooden door and was greeted by rows and rows of wooden cabinet containing scrolls that has unique symbols in each of them.
Seeing the amount of scrolls present, Alex asked Sana to scan and find the strongest scroll.

Following Sana's instructions, Alex then takes a scroll that looks like it has been worn down by time from the look of it.
Alex then use his Eyes of Divine Chaos to get the information of the scroll in his hands.
