LAILA'S POV
BLACKSHEEP is a word l have been well associated with my whole life.Many people thought l earned this title because l distanced myself from my family to the point l seemed like an outsider to them but quite frankly it was the opposite.
When my family's financial status came too close to bankruptcy, l took matters into my own hands and became a drug mule.One thing led to another and it all led to my current situation which is dating an abusive drug dealer.
"Laila!"my thoughts were interrupted by my so called loving boyfriend. Quickly standing up from my comfortable position on the kitchen stool,l faced the well known drug dealer,Mariano Romano.
He walked until he was infront of me,softly carressing my cheek as if l was his most prized possession which instantly made me realise he wanted me to do something that involved risking my life which happened more than l liked to admit.
As if sensing my mood he rougly tugged my blonde hair,earning a loud yelp from me.Moving his face to my ear he rougly whispered"My brother seems to be causing my cartel a lot of trouble and it is affecting my profits,so you are going to be my little messanger"
My body automatically froze hearing those words.He expected me to send the Luciano Romano a message .Apart from being devilishly handsome with a sharp jaw with black curly hair that usually looked brown in the sun matching his grey-blue stormy eyes,Luciano was a cold and ruthless don whose name was enough to make a continent to piss their pants.
"ok"l mumbled in a small voice .Knowing there was no room for disagreement either way l was going to end up dead whether it was by a rough beating from Mariano or being tortured by the infamous Don
Either way my life was in the hands of the Romano brothers
