You will be okay. Close your eyes. Breathe. You will be fine this day is hard and tomorrow might be harder but it will get easier soon it has to, so just keep going keep hoping, keep waking up each morning with the small glimmer of a smile that used to take up your entire face.
Keep spending each night fucking away your fears into the pleats of a heart that has felt too much and know just know that one day you won't have to hide anymore one day the sun will cast a yellow glow so bright that it will light up everything that has dimmed inside you.
One day you wont have to force yourself to get out of bed i will feel easier to, so just know that it will be okay you will be okay because there have been many moments like this one, moments where you felt helpless and there have been many stroms in the past like this one storms that you never thought you could come through but you survived. You survived.
