"Mom, can I ask you something?"
"Of course." Anxia listened to her son's questions while listening to someone's footsteps outside.
"How did you feel when you discovered I was your son?"
Anxia blinked a few times at her son's unexpected question. "I was so surprised. At the same time, I felt stupid. How could I not realize I was carrying twins and let someone else take you? I feel so stupid."
"No, you're not. They say that mothers are smarter than their babies, so it's not your fault."
"Are you saying I'm a baby?" Anxia pinched her son's nose, inviting amused laughter from the boy.
The next second, Anxia heard the sound of a punch from outside, making her reflexively look toward the room's balcony.
"Mama?"
"Shhh." interrupted Anxia while holding her son's mouth subtly.
