That night at the graduation party, there was nothing suspicious, so Richard casually accompanied Quinn to her campus events. Quinn made him drink so much it made his head a little dizzy. His tolerance for alcoholic beverages was not too high, but not low either.
But just then, he let his guard down and didn't overthink as Quinn approached him in a tone full of worry.
"Richie, are you all right?"
"Hmm. Are you done? We'd better go home." Richard only wanted to go home and rest. Luckily the car he was carrying already had an auto-drive facility, so he didn't have to worry about driving it alone and causing an accident.
"But, the show still has yet to reach its peak. If you're not feeling well, how about we find a quieter place?"
The way Quinn asked and offered her help was subtle and sincere to his ears. Richard, half drunk and thought Quinn was as innocent as he remembered, agreed to the girl's offer and let Quinn lead him to a closed room.
