As I walked in, I got shocked with what I saw.
Mr. Miller was sitting on a chair in the auditory, yes, he has a fucking auditory in his company.
It was a huge white room, with many black chairs, probably it has a capacity of two hundred people or even more.
I knew he was rich, but I think this is too much, bruh, it's an auditory,
I was standing on a wooden stage, alone, but then I noticed that two chairs were in the middle of the stage.
So, I sat on one and some seconds latter a person sat in front of me.
— Hello, Lee, I'm Blake, and I'll be co acting with you in this test. — He said, looking at me eyes, not despising me because of my age.
I felt a positive feeling coming out from him, he seems cold, but does his job seriously.
— Hello, Blake, I'm going to do the page 3 second scene, I'll be Jack. — I said, going straight to the point.
I was feeling rather confident, I read the script for a while, thinking about what I could do to give them my best performance.
I used my skills, then I heard a kind of bell ringing, I looked around, but I find no bell, so I thought it was just my imagination.
Blake nodded and read the page, after some time of reading he said:
— Ok, you can start the scene. — He said with a professional voice.
I didn't turn my head to look at Mr. Miller, right now, I'm only focusing on my current task.
The scene I choose was a different thing that I'm used to, I'm used to performing as a melancholic character, but I thought it'd be better for my improvement doing such a bubbly one.
I changed the way I sat in the chair when he said that.
Before I was sitting like a normal person would, but now I am sitting slovenly. Both of my legs are wide open on the chair.
About the chair, I turned it on contrary, and my chin was on the head rest while I looked right at Blake.
— Drakey, what you doing? — I said with a bubbly and annoying high-pitched voice, my legs going forward and back on the chair, swinging all the time.
Everyone looking at me could feel how excited I am.
— Boy, I am not Drakey, call me Drake, for god's sake. — He said, his voice full of annoyance, but with a little, almost imperceptible, smile.
— C'mon, Drakey, we're best friends since we've met two minutes ago. — I said, stand up and hold his hand.
— Let's do something fun, Drakey. — I said, pulling him around and with all my white shining teeth.
Blake's hand was hold by Lee, he tried to pull him up, but seemed that Blake, no, Drake didn't want to.
— Boy, seems we've some annoying flies around here. — He said, pointing to a place
Drake stood up, using his hand he messed his hair, he put the glass he was using in his pocket and opened the last two buttons of his shirt.
— Seems we gonna have some fun, Drakey. — Said Lee, looking to the same place Blake was looking to.
— Stop, it's enough. — Mr. Miller said.
I looked at him, excited about what he thinks of my performance, but unfortunately, he seemed disappointed.
— It was a good performance, Lee, but honestly, I thought you'd do better. — He said, sighing at the end.
The people around him looked at him as if he were a crazy man.
Everyone was looking at him as if they were thinking: 'A teenager did this, and you said you're disappointed?'
It was hard to understand what happened, I used my abilities, I studied, but somehow he's disappointed. My world seemed to go upside down when I heard, I did not expect this outcome.
— You're great to your age, but I think I overestimated you because of Zeus. — He said, his eyes looking at me with curiosity.
— I know it isn't fair comparing an acting you had months to prepare and just some minutes of preparation. — He said, not as if he's apologizing or something, but in an explanation tone.
I don't know how it happened, but somehow I got cocky after the play. It was only because of my understanding that I could do such a performance, why did I think I could do the same in thirty minutes?
— That's why you passed Lee, I wish you show me some good develop and better performances, don't disappoint me Lee. — He said, looking at me, his voice full of seriousness.
Honestly, I'm feeling two opposite feelings now.
On one hand, I'm glad that I passed the test, on the other hand, I'm disappointed with myself, I got too cocky and too fast.
— T-Thank you, Mr. Miller. — I said, getting out of my thoughts, and seemed I saw a light at the end of the tunnel.
It hurts, but it was a reality check to me, it's better to notice this kind of thing at the beginning, so I can deal with it.

— Lee? Why are you looking to nowhere? — Mr. Miller asked me.
Damn it, I forgot I was talking with Mr. Miller. I need to find an excuse, or he'll think I'm a crazy person.
— I'm sorry, Mr. Miller. I just got relieved that I passed, I thought I'd fail. — I said, and it wasn't a lie, I really thought I'd fail when he said he was disappointed.
— Ha ha ha, I'm glad that you seem so excited. — He laughed like a crazy person, I felt a bit afraid of Mr. Miller now.
— Your training will start tomorrow, and at the end of the month, the best two of the trainees will get a chance to an audition to one of our new movie. — He said, smiling to me, his eyes seemed like he has thrown a bait, and it's waiting to fish something.
And as he expected, I fell in that bait.
