Function 1: You can create an NPC character and act as that character. (Note: The role that the NPC creates needs to be suitable for you, if other players know you are a player, the NPC role will be revoked, the NPC Roleplay function will also be revoked.)
Function 2: You can operate or give announcements through System notifications.
Function 3: You can issue quests and reward players who complete quests through the System.
To evolve this function, you need 10 billion Soul Points.
