Chapter 42 - Going Too Far

"I'm not hungry. I don't want to eat." Lin Yin felt disgusted by the woman's fake smile.

When Chu Yun heard Lin Yin's words, she was clearly a little angry, but she quickly suppressed her dissatisfaction and said to Lin Yin, "Then drink some fruit wine. Your father brought it back from France. He treasures it very much. If you hadn't come home, we wouldn't have been able to taste it usually."

"Really?" Lin Yin smiled bitterly. It seemed like there was really a problem with the wine.

When she first entered and heard Aunt Li's words, Lin Yin actually suspected that Chu Yun had treated her a little better than usual because she knew that she had been bullied in school. She was really ridiculously stupid. How could she ask for a little love from a person who doesn't have a heart?
