The clouds had folded and the palm trees in our house were dancing in the wind .The weather was so cold and the sun started to show up as I peep through the window. I then started to wonder why I had this smiling face on and remembered that my dad was coming home. It's been 3 years since he left for abroad to work as his duty,it was so tough for my mother in handling my siblings and i so my dad coming will take off stress .
Exactly at 8:45 am when having breakfast,we heard a knock on the door .
Who is there !!mom said walking towards the door.

Mr Philip is a dear friend of my father who has a amazing family of 2 kids and a beautiful wife but also had to leave for work purpose with my dad .
It took my mom by surprise when he opened the door to find him in front of our door without our father . He looked so sad ,worried and scared to alter words from his mouth .

As you can see we are all fine but where is… .just when my mom was about to ask of my dad ,he broke down in tears and told us that our dad kicked the bucket 2 weeks ago and that he was attacked by some gangs and beaten to death .
Oh no , oh no this can't be true noooooooo!!! Who do I run , Chris why!!why did you have to leave me so soon to take care of our kids alone .My mom cried and screamed till she lost her strength and was rushed to the hospital .With my kid siblings ,they knew nothing and had no idea what was going on. I the eldest of them all knew exactly what was going on,I was broken and couldn't find my strength who did this to you dad whoever attacked you will surely pay for this. He was my hero ,my love , my heart beat I just couldn't believe he was gone without saying goodbye .
Mr Philip stayed the night at the hospital to keep an eye on my mom till she woke up .
Anne take your siblings home with you and make sure to keep them safe ,you are 18 and a big girl you sure can it is well : Mr Philip said
