I sat there staring at nothing in particular . wondering where all the time had gone , its hard to believe its been 4 years already. where have i been ? I am suddenly awake .

I dragged myself to the mirror and i didnt quite recognise who was staring back at me. sunken eyes , hair that screamed for a brush and a body three times the size i rememberd being, what happend to me ? where did it all go to the dumps .?
