Chapter 44 - It’s Ok not to be Ok

The phenomenon of the the strange black and white lighting would loom in the skies for a month and those that went out and braved the torrential lightning found their bodies changing and evolving no matter what their cultivation was.

Upon hearing this cultivators in seclusion left their seclusion and participated in large group cultivation settings while receiving the benifits of the Lightning storm.

If it weren't for this Fu Shen and his master may have had remembered to check on Wo Shie and Lui Marime. However they didn't want to miss this opportunity as any opportunity to raise your strength in the world of cultivation only stabilized your security and made you more formidable of a being to choose to oppose.

For Fu Shen and Fu Shuo the changes in their bodies were amazing to say the least as the black lightning would destroy their energy reserves of spirit energy and the white lightning would create the new energy akin to Wo Shie's source energy.

With the first strand of this energy alone both Fu Shuo and Fu Shen realized that they would have more ability and endurance to use their eyes of the infinite on their own drastically increasing their battle strength.

The energy circulated through Wo Shie and Lui Marime pushing Lui Marime into her godhood while Wo Shie's body had already finished his core formation stage and began his spirit establishment stage which was the second stage of cultivation after body transformation.

His progress in the God's omnipotence technique also progressed as his gods body leveled up coming with massive changes as the runes on his organs, bones, and in his blood multiplied becoming almost 3 times what there was at first.

"Master this isn't good, he has returned and we haven't yet completed our preparations." A mysterious figure that looked like he was made of a strange metal spoke to a hooded man on a throne with a scythe next to him.

"Fret not the oracle spoke he is only a child we will find him and eliminate the problem before it grows. Just continue preperations as usual and double the staff as to not increase the workload with the increased pace." The man spoke in a calm manner while staring out into space seemingly piercing the veil of reality observing the rain of black and white light all across a universe.

Like this a month went by, and finally Wo Shie and Lui Marime awoken in their bodies feeling as if they were in completely different bodies. They looked at each other noticing that each other's faces looked more fair and their skin more vibrant and alive.

Lui Marime's eyes began to water as she hugged the young Wo Shie. She now remembered for an entire lifetime the unrequited love she had for Wo Shie and after living what could be said another lifetime to finally be reunited with someone she actually wanted to be around was enough to bring her to tears.

Wo Shie not having an entire recollection of their past lifetime he thought something happened but at the same time young Wo Shie was emotionally overwhelmed. The last woman that hugged him like this was his mother who was no more of this world.

He felt his heart tremble as Lui Marime's arms wrapped around his body and in this moment he couldn't hold in the pain anymore as finally something inside of him said this person hugging him really loved him.

He began crying with snot running down his face, "Why did they kill her we were just living peacefully now I'll never see her again!" he wailed while crying and burrying his face in Lui Marime's ample bosom.

Lui Marime wasn't sure who this she was but in her last life there was nothing that could stop her from wanting to be by Wo Shie's side why would that change now.

She just held Wo Shie in her arms and caressed his hair comforting him letting him know it was okay now even if he wasn't okay.
