Around the hour of noon, the next day, during his travel. Alvah felt a familiar air and oh he loved it when realized he was closer to Elysian, closer to his home.
He rode even faster for about an hour till he saw it, the monumental, great and standing city walls of Elysian.
He grinned coming down from his beast and it disappeared. He walked when he felt the shield and he passed through it. He teleported to the highest building that stood and took in that air. " How much I missed this place" he smiled and remembered someone.
He fell from the building top and before he could hit the ground surface he stood on his feet with his hands placed on the earth and his hair wavered around the place.
He teleported to the balcony of her room. Jumping the window that was open pushed the curtains aside when he saw an ice sculpture that laid on her bed with someone beside the bed.
" Cristal" he called her name lightly and Cristal jolted seeing Alvah. Alvah she ran from where she sat to hug him. He had not expected that and he did not want to resist her. He hugged her and she held onto him tightly as if she depended on him for something.
" What took you Soo long?" She asked him bewildered by his sudden appearance. He looked towards the bed still trying to understand what the sculpture was.
He moved slowly closer to the bed and Cristal walked ahead of him. " Don't be baffled, it's Zillah"
Alvah's eyes left his sockets in shock. He turned pale white. "That can't be Zillah "
She climbed onto the bed. And he walked even closer looking at it. "Everyone was waiting for you, you're the only one that can melt the ice " she looked at him with Soo much anticipation.
Alvah didn't hesitate any longer. He folded his palms into a fist blazing his hands with fire enough to heat up his hands and smashed the ice. " Hurry" Cristal spoke rapidly.
He held onto Zillah and he body was freezing cold. He hugged her tightly heating her up as quickly as possible to restore live to her. He patted her lightly on the cheek but she did not respond.
He held her wrist checking her pulse and her heartbeat was faint but he could hear it.
" What happened to her?" He asked with a gloomy and dark expression that Cristal knew would appear on his face when he found out.
" She got punished" Cristal said. " Punished?" Questions running through his mind but he managed to compose himself.
" By who?" He asked precisely. " Omna" .
" Omna" he repeated with an apprehensive look. Realizing what was happening, his mate was in an unbearable condition in his absence.
" Ice Sculpture" he said to himself but looking at Cristal, and she nodded at him. When he noticed the look in the eyes and the expression on her face.
" Cristal are you okay?" Alvah was a lot calm than she had expected and she looked at him with passion in her eyes that was filled with Soo much emotions at once.
He tilted his head looking at her and he could see that she looked sick too. " Cristal " he called her name and she sniffed in holding her breath. " I am fine. Zillah, she really needs you right now stay with her ".
She got up about to leave when Alvah held her hug turning her around and he hugged her from the head placing her head gently on his chest to rest a while.
Cristal was astonished and agaped. Was this Alvah, who is this? Even if it was an imposter, he was the only one that she felt could really see through her at the moment.
He sat her down quietly at the window bench sitting beside her. " There's sorrow in your eyes" he said looking into them and she looked back at him and smiled.
" And what do you know about all this things" she smiled at him looking up to hold in her tears.
" I know you're exhausted" he said adjusting his position. " You want to talk to someone, but it's not me right?"
She shot a look at him. Why did he sound like that. Like she couldn't trust him with her problems. " No, not that Alvah"
" What's going on with you Cristal?" He asked not giving her the chance to deny herself any further.
" You're here for her aren't you?. Alas she has been waiting for you. No one is waiting for me" she sniffed in again holding her breath but her voice was shaky.
It took a while before Alvah could process what she meant by that.
" He is coming soon. It might take a while".
" I've been alone for some time now. I just really want that person, my person Alvah" She bursted with her last sentence and he was lost, what to do.
" I ... I had feelings for Aeron". What! Alvah asked loudly but in his head. Cristal liked Aeron.
" It was just a crush". She giggled looking at him and his eyes were stuck on her, eager to know more. " Aeron, he... He is nice and caring and strong just many more that I see in him. Because of him I realized I actually do want to take a rest in someone's arms, like a shelter".
"You... You won't understand Alvah". She got up to leave but he responded to her words. " I do Cristal" she stopped looking at Zillah on the bed. Looking at Alvah.
" It has never been our choice to select out partners and you know that". He stood up walking closer to her. " Aeron is not your partner "
Yes he said it blatantly but why did it sting in her chest. Did he not know how to use his words or he just said to to give her a reminder.
" Believe me we can go crazy over someone but if they are not for us it won't work out". She understood now that Alvah could relate with her because of his once crush on keva that made him insanely obsessed.
" It's just a crush. Love will come" he held her chin moving her head to look at the bed where Zillah laid lifelessly.
"She came. It is taking a while though. You've had to fight your struggles all on your own compared to your friends. They are paired except you".
She felt really terrible. Sometimes when keva would hand out with Daivik and Zillah would sulk up about Alvah or just go missing. She would often spend time alone, or with Omna in the library or force her way to be with keva.
Always something that wouldn't keep her idle. But if she had someone, she could only imagine how she would spend this lonely time together with him.
She hugged Alvah and he stroked her hair like a big brother. " Do you want to ask Nova about it?" He almost felt the need to tease her but controlled himself. She chuckled and looked at him.
" I'll be more patient". " And I'll be there for you Cristal. Everyone is there for you. Maybe we won't fill up your empty gaps but for now you'll need yourself to fill it up".
" Yeah I do. When did you get Soo?..." She was about to hit him in the abs but he was swift to hold her hands. She laughed, skilled as ever.
" Go to Zillah" she whispered looking at helpless Zillah. She left the room feeling more encouraged.
Alvah walked closer to Zillah. " I am tired of seeing you in this condition". He was sad and it hurt him deeply that part of this was his fault and it wouldn't have happened if he was here.
