Coupled with the uncommon golden glow of his pupils as well as the unusual ice-cold expression on his normally animated face, this made for a very strange sight… Strange, yet compelling, to be honest.
Suddenly, it was as if something broke and the frozen facial muscles on Yang Jingshen's face spasmed and twisted as he clutched his head. It was as if he was suffering a great pain– unbearable to the extreme.
'Did that blow really hit me hard that hard? I didn't feel this painful before though?'
Yang Jingshen bit his tongue to muffle an involuntary groan and felt the metallic taste of blood filling his mouth. However, he was in too much pain to pay any attention to this little mishap.
