Chapter 13 - His desperate legs

Hearing what the butler said about lady Allison he smirked.

"Really". The butler nodded with smiling face as if a memory suddenly surfaced in his old mind he chuckled.

"Lady Allison when she was younger loved to go to the woods even when she knew it was highly restricted. Old master would always complain and I'd drag her but she would drag her feet on the floor causing quite a hectic day, for every servant"

Some of the maids that couldn't bear with her would ask for resignation"

"And did they get it". Legolas asked with full interest.

"Some of the times they did, most of the times". He looked at legolas like he should know what happened next.

"What happened?". Legolas asked with curiosity in his eyes.

The butler nodded his head, and pushed the topic aside.

"If you need anything please feel free to use the bell beside the bed"

And this was just the first time legolas saw that he has only been here for one night and a few hours.

Turning back to the butler he smiled in understanding. The butler smiled back at him heart warningly.

He had thought the butler would be a problem as the first day he wasn't so welcoming but now he was slowly coming around. This made legolas unknowingly relax.

Stepping out of the room the butler shut the door, leaving legolas in the large room all by himself. He hadn't taken his time to admire the graciousness of the walls.

He walked over to the furniture sliding his hands on them to feel no dirt at all. The maids must be really working hard.

Legolas had a sudden thought surge into his mind. His master, lady Allison had a lot of servants, she had a butler and a head maid. So why did she purchase him and for that amount. Was there really another reason for her purchasing him. But if he wasn't here to work then there was only one reason why he was here, .....as legolas thought of this be shook his mind off the thought. His master didn't seem like that kind of person. But why else he has guessed those wee her intentions but it was like that was what she wanted him to see her as. Though as a person she would obb have her own desires, though she didn't seem reserved, she was more reserved than people perceive her to be.

Digesting his thoughts he realized he wasn't even allowed to step outside of the the mansion without the butler, was he tricked into being a rapunzel.

Walking further to the window he looked down the window. That was quite some distance from up here. Taking a hold of his hair which only rested on his neck, he chuckled at his silly thought.

He looked outside and had the urge to walk out. Walking over to the door he opened it where he was met with a dead silent corridor. If he was to drop a pin now it was like everyone in universe would hear.

He closed the door without making much sound he slowly made his way down the long corridor. He didn't walk in the direction of the stairs, instead he walked back.

On the walls were paintings of beautiful women, coming across one he saw that it was a portrait of lady Allison.

She wasn't smiling, but she had the most heart warming look unlike her usual lazy self, she looked more elegant. Hardly has she looked like the woman in the painting now.

Her clothes looked very expensive. She wore her hair in an elegant pony tail where her hair dropped to rest on the space beside her.

Her elegant shoulders were spread as she held onto her waist with both hands, she looked like a model for a painting. She had this look in her eye that would make people want to stare at her for a longer time. Her full lips were slightly apart from each other as it was plump, they looked very desiring. Legolas had a silly thought of how they would feel if he were to kiss them..... pushing the thoughts aside he looked once more.

Legolas didn't even know for how long he stared at her lips, he moved further to look at her nose which had the perfect bridge for a lady as it wasn't too sharp. Her eyes, which always felt like there was a hidden meaning to them, he stared at it for what seemed like forever, he finally broke eye contact with her cause he felt like he was loosing breath just staring at her like that.

Her dress was black and shimmering showing off her elegant shoulders as it wasn't covered. Her look.

Beautiful was the conclusion.

Though he was a slave doesn't mean a person does not desire to have someone like this, and as a matter of fact he was her slave, though she says he's not, they lived in the same room and slept on the same bed, was he even worthy, he thought.

The lady had gotten close to him before, even complimented him, she said she wasn't pretty enough that's why he didn't want to look at her, when the truth is that she was just too much of a beauty it was like she came out of a painting, even this portrait on the wall couldn't contain her attractiveness.

If he haven't heard her death threats he would think she was the nicest person on earth just by looking at her from a picture. Not only did she have threats, she would wait for you to patiently prick her for her to execute her vile thoughts.

He turned away and walked further down the hallway, there were more paintings of her mother than of her so he guessed she must not have wanted to be painted in the first place. He looked back at the portrait she didn't look like she wanted to be painted.

She must really not a self centered person. He smiled.

He was watching the paintings as he passed by not realizing how deep he was going inside the mansion, there was less and less light from the sun and more lights on the walls.

No more windows, now he was just in the middle of two walls. He looked further down and saw something intriguing, a door. And the door was looking somewhat locked but if you look closer it wasn't.

This door was something no person in the mansion would want to come in contact with but legola's desperate legs led him here.

Only his eyes could see that the door wasn't actually padlocked, but anyone could have access but will the spell casted on the door let them enter.

He walked down the corridor, now there wasn't any lights but completely darkness, descending down the stairs, there was an empty space before getting to the door, if it was a normal person you wouldn't even have the gods to come this far and even if you did the spell casted upon this ground wouldn't let you move any further but you would unknowingly walk back with nothing in mind.

As he reached out for the door he felt a force push his hand away and for some reasons he could not get a hold of the door.

His eyes suddenly felt heavy but he quickly shook his head. After a good few seconds of vigorously shaking his head he seemed to have gotten a hold of it.

Reaching out once more for the door. The force was a lot lighter as he turned the knob to be opened. Taking in the appearance of the room he was greeted with a sight he could have never dreamed of.
