Jason fell down on the floor and breathed a sigh of relief. He lay down on his back and his chest moved up and down slowly. A huge grin was on his face.
"Adventurer, you have done more than I thought that you would." the old man said as he appeared next to Jason. "You are amazing to be able to plow most of this field within 3 days. Here you go adventurer." The old man held a small bag filled with coins. They jingled and clanged together like bells during Christmas.
"Thank you." Jason replied as he took the pouch from the old man.
Jason spent some time with the old man in his small cottage. He had made some cake and Jason enjoyed himself as he felt like he deserved a break.
"Adventurer..."
"Yes..."
"I have a request for you." The old man stood up and walked over to a shelf. From the shelf he picked up an envelope and placed it on the table.
"Can you deliver this letter to someone for me?" he asked.
"Who do you want me to deliver it to?" Jason asked.
"My granddaughter... she lives in the neighbouring city and she works as team leader for the First Kings guild." the old man explained.
A system notification appeared.

"If course I will." Jason said. The old man smiled and handed Jason the letter. The letter was dirty and covered in dust but Jason paid no mind. After a while the old man teleported Jason back to the city and left. It was only after Jason had been teleported and the old man left did he think of something.
"Why did he not just teleport himself to where his granddaughter is and deliver the letter himself?" Jason shook his head and walked onwards.
He opened the map and found what he was looking for. He was looking for a dungeon to raid. He looked at the map and could not see anything. He zoomed in and moved around and found a dungeon. The dungeon was a few kilometres from the city.
It was a 4 man gold dungeon with the recommended level to raid being 20.
'A gold rated dungeon, is that not too high?' Jason wondered. Jason quickly went to the help section on his system screen and read about dungeons.
To Jason's surprise a gold rated dungeon was actually pretty low. It was only one level above green. There was 6 dungeon ratings and in order starting from the lowest level of danger to highest danger was green, gold, black, purple, diamond and finally the most dangerous dungeon rating was blue.
He could enter a du geon without a team but there was a limit for every dungeon. For example the dungeon he was currently looking at had a maximum of four people and a minimum of 1.
Jason headed to the shop and decided to get ready for the dungeon raiding. He needed bullets most importantly and a new gun. He didn't need a new gun but he wanted a better set of guns. His guns were uncommon and he wanted something stronger. As he looked around in the armoury the highest rated long range weapon he could find was rare grade however it wasn't a gun but a bow and arrow.
In the end Jason ended up buying ammunition and potions before leaving. Jason looked at his gun. He hadn't glanced at it's description well so he decided to check them out.

Jason made his way to the dungeon. The dungeon was filled with a sea of people and everyone was looking for someone to join their party. Jason scoffed at them.
He thought that they were all idiots because they needed a party. Previously Jason was the highest rated player in over 10 mmorpgs. He was skilled in raiding dungeons all by himself.
However that was when he was behind a computer screen. That is why he decided to join a 2 man party.
The party consisted of a giant man with excessive muscle holding a two handed sword twice the size of his body and a frail looking healer. The healer looked like a man in his mid thirties going through a mid life crisis while he was having a post nut clarity. What led Jason to this conclusion was the receding hairline that had reached all the way to the back of his head and the solemn smile he wore.
The swordsman, contrary to his looks was actually a nice chill guy. He spoke elegantly and with a well articulated voice while the healer on the other hand was as merry as a child on Christmas day.
"Jack, we have another damage dealer, shouldn't we go inside?" The healer named Qala asked the Swordsman.
"Hmm? We should but I would prefer if we had a tank. Let's wait for an hour, if no one joins we will go in." Qala nodded and then proceeded to call out to people.
On the other hand Jack was speaking to Jason. "A dungeon is a really dangerous place. Remember to stick close to your teammates and do as your told. Stick to your role. If you are not a tank do not block attacks, if you are not a healer do not heal anyone unless instructed to do so." The lecture went on for approximately 5 minutes and Jason continued to listen carefully.
A dungeon in real life was not the same as one that you entered from behind a computer screen. Also Jason did not want to die because he felt like he only had one life. If he died he would not respawn like a normal player.
Finally a tank joined. The tank was a muscly bulky woman. She had giant biceps, wide shoulders and a broad chest. She was tall reaching a height of 6 foot 5 and wielded a heavy shield and a sword.
Her armour was heavy and thick but she moved around easily as if she was not wearing a heavy armour and holding a giant shield. Finally after all preparations were done they stepped into the dungeon. The iron rusty gates of the dungeon flanked together and the wind howled as soon as they stepped passed the gate.

Just so you know, it was a normal gate not a portal.
