When Xiao Feng arrived, he didn't see anyone in the open area before the space tunnel.
Looking at the lazy old man sitting on the ground besides the space tunnel, Xiao Feng just chose an empty place and sat there.
"Ha!" The lazy looking old man immediately opened his eyes when he heard Xiao Feng footsteps. He was suprised that someone reached so early. The moment he looked at Xiao Feng, he was shocked.

Although they didn't know each other very well but because of Xiao Feng's status as a tier nine alchemist the elder still knew about Xiao Feng's Alchemy level.
This place is for Pill Gathering participants and the only ones who would come here are the alchemists participating in Pill Gathering. If Xiao Feng is here then that means he is participating in Pill Gathering. Thus, he was shocked, after seeing Xiao Feng here.
The Elder couldn't find any reason as to why Xiao Feng would participate in Pill Gathering. He wanted to ask Xiao Feng but he didn't dare. In the end he just sighed and didn't speak. After all, the gap between Xiao Feng and him was too huge and he didn't have any friendship with him. Not only that Xiao Feng also left Pill Tower right after getting the Alchemist Badge thus, he also didn't want to know him, thinking that he disrespected Danta.
Feeling the gaze on himself, Xiao Feng just glanced at the old man in front of him then he retracted his eyes.
He wasn't intrested in knowing an old man. If it was a young and beautiful girl, he might have been interested.
Slowly dozing off, Xiao Feng waited for other to come out of the fog.
A while later, Cao Ying arrived, right behind her Dan Chen and Dan Xuan arrived. Later more and more people arrived.
At first when they saw Xiao Feng sitting while dozing off, they were shocked but after a while they calmed down and chose open places to sit.
For some reason Cao Ying didn't sit with Song Qing like original. She sat in open space while Dan Chen sat next to Xiao Feng with Dan Xuan. As for others, they chose to keep a distance from Xiao Feng.
In past week, Xiao Feng didn't just search for the Plane Embryo the whole time. He also spent some time with Dan Chen everyday which made his relationship with her progress very quickly. After recovering her weak and frail body, she has become a lot more cheerful than before. Even so because of their contact at the testing hall and gradual contact over past week, their relationship has also become close but even so she didn't sit beside him.
After a while, Xiao Feng woke up from his dazed look. Sensing Dan Chen's presence next to him, Xiao Feng immediately layed his head on her lap. Lying down in comfortable posture, he once again started resting.

Cao Ying was getting her teeth. Although she couldn't say anything about being in love but for some reason she didn't like Xiao Feng and Dan Chen acting too close.
Even though their relationship was good and all but since the first meeting between her and Xiao Feng, she thought that she didn't get much attention from Xiao Feng because he paid more attention to Dan Chen and Xin Lan, so, she felt a bit uncomfortable. Therefore, in past week, she tried to gain his attention but even then he didn't pay as much attention to her as he did to Dan Chen and Xin Lan.
At first she wasn't convinced because Xiao Feng had suppressed her with strength but over time as she saw Xiao Feng's strength as a alchemist and character. She gradually become convinced. Even she started to admire him after knowing hik for a while.
In the end, when Xiao Feng didn't pay enough attention, she somehow started being jealous of Dan Chen and Xin Lan because he treated two of them way better than her.
Jealousy acted as a guide for Cao Ying. Just yesterday, she thought deeply about this matter because before this she only competed with Dan Chen, she was never jealous of her.
Even though she wasn't on the right track but she thought she might have fallen for Xiao Feng which is why she is jealous of the girls around him. From last night, she really fell for Xiao Feng. Although it happened in an unexpected way but she really fell.
Just now Cao Ying wasn't really jealous of Dan Chen. Instead she was angry at why Xiao Feng didn't search for her and just looked at Dan Chen and then slept on her lap.
Calming herself down with great difficulty, Cao Ying's jewel like eyes narrowed. She smiled as she muttered, "Just wait, I will let you truly notice me when we are in Pill Realm. You can never escape from me."

Xio Feng lying in Dan Chen's lap suddenly sat up. Sitting back on his postion, he muttered in low voice which no one could hear, "Huh! Is someone trying to remember me."
As Xiao Feng sat up, Dan Chen's blushing face gradually returned to normal.

Even though she was a bit shy but she took Xiao Feng's hand and sat besides him.
Feeling Dan Chen grabbing his hand, Xiao Feng smiled at her. He held her palm tightly.
Although both of them didn't speak but they could feel each other's hearts. Therefore, both of them smiled happily as the sat besides each other.
Seeing the happy smile on Dan Chen's face Cao Ying felt a bit jealous. She wanted to be in Dan Chen's position but she couldn't.
Dan Xuan on the side smiled when he saw Dan Chen smiling.
At this time the elder breathed a sigh of relief as muttered, "Thankfully nothing happened and he has gotten up now. So, let's start the next test."

"Ahem..." Coughing for a while, he spoke, "Since all of you have passed the fantasy realm, then I shall tell you about the Pill Realm where you are going."
"First take this." The old man sent various parchment to everyone.

After explaining everything, the elder sent everyone inside the small world.
Taking Dan Chen's soft and tender palm, Xiao Feng Feng stood up. He stepped forward and stepped inside the small tunnel.
With Xiao Feng lead, Cao Ying, Dan Xuan and others followed suit. Everyone stepped into the spatial tunnel.
